The bread is hard and stale they put less stuff on the grinders then the other one.

Terrible customer service. I was denied to add the cheese I wanted on my meatball sub. I asked for a 6inch sub and got 4.5 inches at the most. I had to ask for a bag, as the sub is was handed over to me to walk away.

Love the people that work here. They ran outta the big cookies so they gave my husband a box of 12 smaller ones. Great people and service. Super friendly.

Food was literally awful, I asked for it toasted; it was cold. There was very little meat and so little cheese I didn't even know it was there. The lettuce looked brown and the tomatoes were soggy. Never getting subway from this location ever again. Also like 10 dollars for a foot long???

I had an extremely unpleasant experience here!I don’t recommend going to this subway! I don’t ever write bad reviews, but I’d like to warn people. I ordered online, I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order no receipt whatsoever to prove my purchase , but my card was charged for $47.54.isn’t that awesome! I went to go pick up my order at 8:15 pm, they close at 9. The girl said they didn’t receive my order. I went to my car to show her I was charged. When I went to go back in the doors were locked and the lights were off. Very rude! I was searching online for a number to call to try to get my refund and it’s not easily accessible. There is an email option only that I could find. I ended up purchasing at the other subway and they were very friendly and apologetic for my terrible experience over at the Woodstock ave subway.they gave me a corporate number to call.The next day I still haven’t heard from anyone, my friend called to help me get a refund, they said they would refund me, but they lied. The manager was extremely rude! I don’t recommend eating at the subway on Woodstock ave. This isn’t the first unpleasant experience I’ve had here, but will definitely be the last time here.

I prefer this subway over the downtown subway because there always polite and the areas are always spotless keep up the good work!
