The app needs to be shut off if the place won’t be open to the public. This has been going on for months. And we can’t get refunds through the app because order is being processed. Fix it 🙄

The place was so out of control. People were returning food from drive thru purchases. Drive thru orders were taking over 30 minutes. I went inside to order take out.. The staff was having a dance party ( not kidding) I waited 33 minutes for two soft tacos. The cashier was rude to several guests. Skip this place. This visit took place on 9/8/2025 @ 2.30pm. I wouldn't think it would be a busy time of day.
Update...I was contacted by the company and they apologized and made things right. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 because of the customer service

Don’t advertise you’re open till midnight if you close at 11. I walked from my hotel and couldn’t order. Then ordered DoorDash, and waited 30 mins before my order got cancelled

Long drive through line usually.
They mostly get your order correct and are very generous with the sauces.
Lobby and bathroom are usually closed with a sign stating staffing shortage.

Food good when they make it right or just don’t give it to you. Always seem to be missing items or having them drowned in sauce and veggies when asked for just meat rice and cheese, man that’s a tough order to get right.

Looong wait times. We waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order at the store. When we asked when our order would be ready, they claimed they had called our name, but several people confirmed they never heard it.
Last time we waited over 30 minutes even without this kind of sad excuse. I get it that they may be short-staffed, but apparently that is ALWAYS THE CASE. Never again.
