Dining room is closed 90% of the time. Not worth even trying if you can't go through the drive-thru. Guess I'm going to Denny's.

Plan to spend at least a half hour in line and another 20 minutes to get to the window once you order. The inside is closed everyday.

Same story different day. Lobby closed, what could've been a 2 minute trip to pick up my food that was ready turned into 20, app says I can pick up in store so wheres the disconnect? Update to review, at least when they used to close the lobby they would put a sign up staying so. They don't even bother to do that anymore.

They closed early. Wish people wouldn’t lie to their customers. If your hours easy until 10PM, be open until 10PM.

Tired of the closed lobby and the hour long drive through lines. Its not for a lack of employees, its a lack of good leadership, a lack of good training and a managerial inability to staff a schedule properly. Look to the top of the chain for the problems, the management is the worst of the worst at actually doing their jobs. Do better Rutland, do better.

Waited in line for 45 minutes with a mobile order, enjoyed our lovely waiting show of multiple team members out for extended smoke breaks, finally got to the window and the cashier said mobile orders have been turned off and she did not have the order. Did not ask if we wanted to place a normal order, literal waste of our night. Have been going here for years and it’s my favorite fast food but will not be returning again, service has finally hit rock bottom. Complaint will also be shared with corporate.

The food is good, but the inside dining is never open. Not everyone wants to wait in a drive thru line or eat sloppy food in their car, so figure out what you need to do and get the inside dining back open.
