Had a birthday party for my wife there. The staff was awesome! Our waitress specifically stayed way over the end of her shift to do our party. They gave us the whole back half of the restraunt and let us put up decorations. Everyone had a great time! Thank you Rutland Dennys!

Is good food good service for a decent price. Looking for a quick bite on the way out of town or a quick breakfast?That's hot and good try them out down.You won't be disappointed.

Was unaware that Denny's in Rutland is somewhere called The Meltdown. The service was terrific - polite and attentive. The atmosphere was ok. The food was not as good as I'd hoped. We got the brisket and mac n' cheese and the brisket sandwich. The Mac n cheese tasted like flour and the brisket was mushy as though it had more fat than appeared. Haven't tried other food on the new menu, but if the quality is the same, I won't be back.
