My visit to The Sandwich Shoppe last year was a fantastic experience. My wife and I had been traveling on a long road trip from Oregon and I have to say this was one of the highlights. We were having a tough day before visiting and had such a wonderful chat with Martha (ray of sunshine) and the food was fantastic. Although I can't easily visit, just knowing the Sandwich Shoppe is out there makes me happy.

Delicious sammy served with a huge slice of hospitality. Great people ready to make you smile making up one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long while.
Well, I went here on the advice of a local. Who also recommended a fantastic breakfast sandwich called an EVAN'S. French toast Texas sliced bread, ham, cheese, and a fried egg with hot maple syrup for dipping. I loved it and will go back as often as I can.

Best place to get sandwich. The owners are super friendly, remember their costumers, and great everyone as though they have always been a part of the family.
They have gluten free bread, which was what first drew me to this place when I had a craving for a sandwich. Now I go as often as I can.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free (GF) bread, and you can make your own sandwich with it or they will swap it out with any of their specialty sandwiches no matter what type of bread it calls for.
Parking: Street parking is pretty available. If not on the same street itself, one of the neighboring streets off the intersection closer to the store usually has some parking places, just bring some coins for the meters.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are more than welcomed and encouraged. They even have a couple of gumball machines with candy in them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the shop has a ramp though the door and the chairs around the tables are movable enabling one to make space for a wheelchair instead. The only thing is the bathroom is down a flight of stairs.
