The tempura is really good, yakisoba is nice but it's more similar to lo mein, not soba noodles.Service and atmosphere is great, looking to come back

Visiting from nyc I expected medium quality sushi given Rutland is pretty inland and in more of a farm area. Their fish was some of the best. Phenomenal Chirashi - every piece of fish was good, some phenomenal.

Rather Execellent food and accommodating staff, not much more to say when a restaurant does such a good job. Try the Gyoza! Good job Tokyo House!Vegetarian options: A friend who was Vegan was dining with us and they were glad to accommodate

I've been coming to Tokyo House for decades when I visit my family. The current iteration of the restaurant is the best it's ever been. The redesigned dining room in its oceanic blue tones is very welcoming. Staff is attentive and polite as always. But the food is the real star here. Tuna tataki was incredible. Gyoza not crunchy on the edge..The normal tuna avocado roll puts other restaurants to shame. I look forward to returning.

The sushi was exceptional, better than many NYC restaurants I’ve been to. The service is great, everyone is very accommodating. We got the Rainbow and Dynamite rolls and they were very fresh and tasty. Would recommend to out of towners!!

Amazing service and food! Went here 2 times this season, and were impressed both times. The food was really good, my family's favorite is the Chicken Katsu because it's juicy and flavorful. Upon sitting, you will get a small bowl of miso soup—perfect after skiing. We ordered Green Tea Ice Cream, it was delicious because it tasted great and the texture was rich like Gelato. Also, the servers were exceptional. We asked if we can have our Angel Sushi (very tasty by the way) with spicy mayo, and they gave us a ton. Waiters were friendly and helpful.I gave Tokyo House 4 stars because everything was great but I thought the Chicken Teriyaki bento weren't as good as the chicken katsu, and their Yakisoba was dry. Nonetheless, I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Vermont.
