Hostess did not greet us, she simply motioned us to follow her, then threw our menus on a dirty table and walked away. Our waiter cleaned the table after we asked him. My daughter and I went to wash our hands, and came back to table, chair and one of our jackets covered in bbq sauce. People at the next table informed us that the waiter dropped a cup of sauce: cup was still on the floor, no staff in sight. I went to the bartender (only staff available at the moment), who did not say a word to be, simply grabbed the jacket and asked someone in the kitchen to wipe it. Later, a waiter informed me that our food was on the house, plus a $25 gift card. I thanked them for the compensation offert. At the end of the meal, our waiter brought the check and asked for it to be paid. He denied we were ever offered the food for free, as a compensation. I was done with the place: we paid and left. Not worth to stay there any longer ger or cause a scene. Bad days happen, incidents happen... but the overall rudeness and carelessness are not something I am willing to experience again.

Restaurant was recommended for dinner as visiting from out of state. Showed up at 7.45pm and took over 10 mins to be acknowledged, hostesses was beyond rude, took our name, left to clean a table. Came back asked if we could sit in bar area to eat no as big party & we are no longer seating customers.

My aunt made a reservation for our mini reunion with extended family and we had a spot ready near the wood fired oven, an impressive focal point of the restaurant. Staff was friendly and explained favorites on the menu. I had a calzone that tasted great. A fun spot that's easy accessible with plenty of parking.

Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the area. Great options for young kiddos, tasty gluten free crust and they also said they had gluten free buns and gluten free beer. So fun.

Passing through and came across Vermont’s Tap House once we noticed they had a wood fire oven we had to stop. First impression was pleasant with a clean open and busy atmosphere with a friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend if you’re around the area.

Entire experience was just blah! Had Mad About Meats red sauce pie. This pie has pepperoni, meatballs and sausage. Asked for no pepperoni. Pie came with no pepperoni and no meatballs. Oh and a burnt crust. Maybe the cook couldn't read the servers handwriting as her fingernails were so long she had trouble handling a pen. Try spending some time on your service skills and not so much on your appearance. Not my first time here and was anxious to come back as food and service has been exceptional. Not any more.
