Got the 4 piece chicken strips, 2 had a hard center and was very chewy... I had to spit them out. Not the friendliest people working there.

This happened today at the Wendy’s in Rutland, Vermont. This person approached us aggressively and made racist comments, including saying she would call ICE for no reason. We were just quietly waiting for our food.
Other customers in the restaurant were also uncomfortable with her behavior.
I’m sharing this video to bring awareness to the kind of discrimination that still happens in public places.

This was the best wendys experience i have had since i was a teenager. The fries where perfect most wendys they are soggy or cold. These were crispy and hot. The beef was actually perfectly seared and hot while the veggies were actually fresh crisp and cold. The buns were also warmed. They also included the sauces most always forget.

The TV is kinda purplish, and there's usually only 1-2 other people but the food amazing, they bring you the food within 1 minutes and they are nice great view

Walked in for an evening snack and was greeted by a shout from across the kitchen that the counter is Kiosk only. First of all, I haven’t been trained to run a Wendy’s cash register and order my own food. Second of all, I am visually challenged and cannot fulfill my own order in a fast food atmosphere. When suddenly Adam appeared behind me and said “ I will help take your order”. That kept me from walking out disappointed and disgusted by the customer service. Adam took my order and personally filled the order of 20 chicken nuggets and apologized for the previous response was from what I think was a manager position. Here is a great idea, CAN the manager and promote Adam because he seems to be the heart and soul of Wendy’s Corp. Come on Wendy , Dave would expect more.

The lady was not very professional, and she was rude, we got 3 drinks and a couple frosty's and we need one more straw, and instead of just handing us 1 straw , she like went over our order and proceeded to tell us she wouldn't bc we had exactly what we needed for straws .. even though she was one short, is it the oddest thing to be rude about, I would completely understand if I was asking for multiple but we waited for her to come back to the window, we were polite and we didn't blame anyone , we simply asked , and she was also giving her coworkers attitude as well, I'm sure she was having a bad day which we all do but if you can not keep in professional this job may not be for her.
