Wendy's is really the only fast food I go to, and that is about to change. Lately every time my fiancee and I go to Wendy's, they forget items or incorrectly make our orders. As of late as well I don't get fresh fries, they are always gross and over salted. My burger was not cooked all the way through. Service is always great everyone is always nice. But the food quality is gone.

The staff has made mistakes the last three times and very sloppy on making burgers and orders . Today I tried them again 10/19/24 got crabby and when I got it they didn't have the sauce and gave me catsup and charged me for a crabby .
