Worst place ever. After a long wait to order. She got our order wrong tried to fix was rude said I should have told her what size I said just give me my money back was told to leave I said no I want my money back manager got involved followed me out side customer got involved she was a rude horrible experience

Came in today. I went in to order to avoid the long line in the drive thru. Ended up taking longer. Seems like they are prioritizing the drive thru counter than the dine in. I would say that they are consistent when it comes to the food. Service however is so so. There is no connection with the staff and you can feel the negative energy. I would recommend to always ask for your receipt. Just in case they forgot something in your order. And always double check your bag before leaving the drive thru.

This hasn’t been the first time I had a bad experience with them. This time I used the Burger King app so that I wouldn’t have to wait. About 10 minutes later we arrived to see that the lobby was closed at 9:30 pm due to staffing issues. I totally get everyone is hurting for people so I went through the drive through. I told that more than half my order was out of stock so I asked for a refund. I was told no because I ordered online, I asked “why I can’t get my money back” and she said I can get it through the app. I asked how because I’ve never seen anything for that and she rudely explained that she can’t help me. I than found a customer support contact online just to not hear back. I lost 23 dollars which isn’t much but that was my money for dinner that night. Very disappointed and never going back to Burger King

Preordered through the app. Got there around 6pm and it took almost 25 minutes for me to get my food. There were two people ahead of me at the order speaker and four ahead of them. Seems understaffed but doing their best. Food was good, order was accurate, staff were quick but courteous. Plan for a little extra longer if you choose to eat here.

I ordered the New Spicy Whopper that has the spicy bacon and pepper jack cheese. Unfortunately, it had ZERO cheese and the "bacon" was nothing like advertised. The Bacon looked like the type that put on the dollar menu burger and there was only little bits of it on there. They also had the spicy sausage on there that was drowned in ketchup, which I don't believe was supposed to be on the burger to start. Eather someone really dropped the ball and made me the wrong burger, the wrong order was given to me, or this is just the quality of Burger King Now ?. I went through the drive-thru that was not that busy around 4pm. The people I talked to where very polite and attentive.

What a bogus trip to burger king! The only place my family will eat a fastfood burger and the service was friggin JOKE!!! I don't know if the kid was being funny or what the deal was. Messed our drinks up. Yuep that simple, except he was an absolute douch canoe about it. Making the remark that "well you can just open them and smell them".... Sure we can, except them lil dots on the top are to be pressed down by YOU so we don't have to do the sniff test. Not to mention there wasn't supposed to be ice in any of them!! Nobody in the car wanted dr pepper but everyone in the car got it! And the 4 year old got a full on Coke. The hard part for me is that I speak clear English I spoke loud enough and my receipt relayed everything I asked for, but he couldn't read it off the screen in front of him!?!?! Kills me because he took our order to!! And the attitude to follow was absolutely unacceptable, NOBODY in my vehicle was rude to him in any way. I made the single statement that I was disappointed with our order. The food won't be what kills this chain, it's gonna be the terrible service that loses it for burger king in my opinion after my visit. I gave my review a 5 star so it could be seen and not stuffed away.
