I have been a member of several gyms around town and this one has been the best experience by far! I used to be afraid of going to gyms because let's be honest we all feel intimidated at first, but never felt this way at Duke's. There will always be a friendly face to say hi to you, great family atmosphere. The classes are awesome and can be modified for any level of fitness. Nate is a great trainer and will always find ways to keep you motivated. If you are afraid, and feel doubts on taking a class, or on how to start your journey, I recommend taking Beginner Fit whenever it is offered. Great gym, great classes and amazing staff!
