The person that was cooking the croissants inside the oven said that all she can do is burn them there's a setting on the oven because I used to work for Dunkin Donuts and you use the English muffin setting to cooking them you don't cook it on the highest temperature and burn the crap out of it and think that you're going to make money off that people pay good money to go and have croissant sandwiches then having them burn and Rock Solid like a rock they made up an excuse after I mentioned it and said oh I can't cook it that's just how it comes out that is a load of crap because I used to work for Dunkin' donuts and that is not how it's supposed to come out cuz you're not supposed to sell anything that is burnt that is as long as the customer's okay with that but the customer was not okay with that we the customers are starting to get mad because this store is not listening to their customers and is not doing it correctly therefore my experience working with Dunkin' Donuts is actually a lot I have a lot of experience underneath my belt but for having a cook go ahead and say that they can they can't make it so it's not burnt it's a load of crap and furthermore you can put on an English muffin setting in the oven and actually cook it so there's not burnt so the cook is actually burning food thinking that they're going to sell burnt food that's not okay that's not the way to do business if we want to burn food we could have just ordered it somewhere else I'm very unhappy and very frustrated because no one seemed like they had a grip on anything while they were there they were not talking to customers while they were waiting they were not making sure that the orders were made properly they were just they weren't even making the drinks correctly so cuz I already have gotten told that a person was waiting 3 hours or more and said nevermind it should not take this long and they left they left because they didn't want to wait any longer because it's supposed to be fast service not slow service therefore you guys need to have more people in the store

Waited over 50 minutes for my order while several employees stood around doing nothing. The food was fine once it finally came out, but the service was awful no sense of urgency or organization. This location really needs stronger leadership and better work ethic from the staff

I put an online order in 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait in drive thru for 35 minutes once I got there before having to drive off because I was going to be late. With only 4 cars ahead of me and thet all had to wait as well with no movement, that is absolutely unacceptable. Now I have to call my bank to cancel the charge. Never going to this location again.

Terrible, waiting 10 mins or more for 2 med coffees and one being completely wrong flavor .. and then we brought it back just to still get the same wrong thing, which he complained about having to make a new one, of course I want a new one you made it wrong ... . I mean come on this young guy should learn how to make a coffee... Have to say very disappointed, since the others never gave me such problems...

Shitty service using damage boxes, which cause half of my order to slip and fall on the floor as soon as they handed it to me, and I would forgive the damage boxes if it was a one time thing, but I have ordered three times now and gotten nothing but damaged boxes.food is the same as any other Dunkin’ Donuts you can go. half the time when I ordered the avocado toast it’s not even toasted. It’s either burnt or not even done shitty service recommend go across town to the other one. place a mobile order still had to wait when I got there 20 minutes later and my order was scattered and not properly packaged

I told the young lady that took my order I’d like the combo for 6 dollars which is advertised all through their counter. This combo includes a coffee, hash browns and a sandwich for 6 dollars. I requested a medium iced and add a donut. Once I was handed a donut and coffee I realized something was off after waiting for 10 min. So I asked for the hash browns and sandwich and they said it was on your order. Well come to find out, they no longer do the combo. No big deal but why would you let me know when I told you I wanted the combo? Why would you take the order and ring everything up separately??? Why are you guys still advertising it not only on your screens but you have a poster right next to the counter? Doesn’t make any sense. Added picture that has combo.
I’m so disappointed I went in to get food yesterday morning to start my day at this location and I believe her name was jossalin and she was the boss don’t get me started on her when I walked in I seen a vape in her had and she gave me a very dirty look and when she finally greeted me it was nothing but attitude and disrespect and all I was trying to do get is a coffee because I just dropped my kids off at daycare and I’ve already had a rough start to my day I will never be coming back here again

Absolutely horrible service, went inside and waited for 10 minutes and still no one came to the counter, and when someone was at the drive through they waited on them first even after i was standing there for 10 minutes. I would say find another place to get coffee or food. Never going back!

Ashley gets left upfront 90% of the time. Today 10/29/2024. I watched six other girls come from the back after there were about five of us in line waiting. After Ashley was almost done everything, and one girl still got an order wrong (because again she wasn't up there.) 😆
You have some serious firing to do if you ever want to make this a "good" no a GREAT Dunkin.
Oh and as for Ashley, she definitely deserves a raise for being your friendly face here. And I do mean she's the face of this Dunkin. Dunno why or how you still keep the others around, the amount of things they say and the things they talk about behind people's backs is appalling, yes mainly your worker Makayla. No one is out of the cross hair's when she works.
You get rid of the infection and eventually it heals. You location needs a serious pill in order to get over the sickness.
Also your store seems to be out of things on a main level so I suppose figuring that out would be awesome too.
Parking: It's a damn nightmare and makes absolutely no sense.
Kid-friendliness: I will never take my children here with how the workers are.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have yet to put a ramp in this location, or even fixing the the ground to make it easier to get in to the location.
