The drive thru never listens when order is placed and you tell them 3 times and they still get it wrong. I can understand this some but don't give me attitude because you got the order wrongThey need to stop hiring kids in high school and placing them as a Manger as they are not mature enough for that yet
For an establishment that is constantly understaffed and lacking many qualities of a functional restaurant. There is a select few employees that are fighting through it and still producing quality service even during a rush.
This Dunkin can get pretty busy but they do move things along at the drive thru. Occasionally I'll be given a wrong order but overall super service and good food in general. They have some indoor seating inside the Maplefields but this is my go to for drive thru.
