Shockingly bad. The bagels are miniscule and the sandwich I got looked like a fake sandwich prop from a movie. Absolutely not worth it.Also, did not fulfill my order correctly.

Terrible service, food, et cetera. The bagels are smaller than normal. Not convinced that normal hygiene is part of the job. Won't be back.

My husband went in to get bagels and was told that he wasn’t getting waited on because he was rude. So he walked out This place used to be a good place to go but not anymore. My husband didn’t even do anything at all. People need to check there attitudes at the door. WE DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL what happen to the customer is always right

You could tell them to run it through the toaster three times and they still will serve it cold. I really don’t understand but have given the place multiple chances so I may support local business. Few years back I loved it but it seems like I can’t get a darn toasted bagel no matter what. Also staff have never said hi or treated me like a human—different staff over the years, always rude

They have good bagels but not a good place to work if you are over the age of 35. They let you start then frie you within a week that you start and make it feel like it because your age.

GREAT coffee. Great bagel! I could have had a little more ‘toast’ in the ‘toasted’ but the cream cheese was cold (as it should be) and appropriately flavored (bacon, scallion, horseradish) which was delicious. Loved that the everything bagel seasoning was on BOTH SIDES of the bagel (as it should be!) but would have liked to have a little more salt in the seasoning. But that’s a preference thing. Great texture, good size- I left wanting more, which means I will crave this. And that’s a good thing!

The bagels here are phenomenal. My favorite is their olive and herb but honestly I haven't been disappointed by any kind I have had. The lunch sandwiches are beyond delish. They were out of an ingredient for one I order a lot and I said that was okay and they put extra of a different ingredient as a surprise. Love this place!

Girl at the counter was nice. However the bagels were awful. Hardly ANY cream cheese on the bagel, was practically dry, hurt going down my throat I needed water to get it down!! Holy cow.Driving 30 minutes to the ?Bagel place in Burlington because these were practically inedible. Wow. Thanks Feldmans bagels! ?

When I arrived, staff was standing in front of the door, vaping and playing with her hair. When she finally came in to take my order, SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS! I paid $20 for three bagels that went in the trash. The store is dirty, and for the prices you should do better.

Hmmm, where do I even start with this TERRIBLE experience ?Right off the bat, I got into the shop and no one was there to serve me, even though I was the only customer ?After that, it took the girl about 5 mins to come out!!!! Otherwise she was quite nice and courteous towards me.Fast forward 5 minutes, we received our bagels, excited. But when I opened the bagel, I saw there was almost NO cream cheese. ?I tried to take a bite and almost choked due to how DRY this was, and had to wash it down with water immediately.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Having to drive 30 minutes to get a good bagel. Hope The Bagel Place opens up in St- Albans soon ?

I ask for two Eggs & cheeses (costs like $5.35) with one bacon and one sausage. I get home to look at the bagels(These addings cost about $2.71), they are 4 inches in height. There is absolutely no egg on either of them. I paid $18.15 for these small bagels with no egg. I hope that when you ask for bacon or sausage they still had the egg, if not. Rip off? Yes

We used to love Feldmans, and understood how tough staffing was after covid. But now… it’s been awhile, every other business seems to have figured it out. But Feldmans is still running with one worker, long wait times, sloppy service, incorrect orders that you feel too bad/don’t have the time to get corrected, and signs everywhere saying understaffing is the new pandemic. Feels like a crutch at this point. I’ll always be kind to your poor worker trying to keep up, but I will stop coming back. Figure it out.
