Dude at the counter doesn’t even say hello. The place had a total of three customers and he’s there rolling his eyes and not even acknowledging what people order and points to the card machine. I get that it’s fast food but if he’s annoyed that we’re there to eat, he should find a new job.

This place SUCKS! You wait 30+ minutes for your meal just for it to be stringy, cold and most likely not what you ordered. Workers here have to be slow or disabled because there’s always at least 5 people working back there and NO food going out. Ridiculous.

Preordered on the app. App said it was ready at 7:20. Waited in the drive through for a hour. Yes a hour. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes until someone finally answered. Got to the window and got my order at 8:20. He forgot to give me the drink I ordered. Checked to make sure they didn’t forget anything else as they usually do. Food was of course cold when I got it. Them renovating changed nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

So basically I ordered my food at 8:30 on may 13th , I Was eating my food after I picked it up then I pull out a long peace of hair from my Mouth after taking a few bites of my Mac n cheese. When I pulled it out of my mouth the Mac n cheese was dangling on the end. Very disappointed
