Went through the drive-through was given the wrong food and then was questioned if I had my receipt to get the correct order. Staff looked at me with a blank stare and did not correct my order I left without any food and I paid for a $16 Coke

The night manager is an absolute joke. Not only was she berating her own employee to clean the grease, she refused to give me my drink that i ordered. I know its fast food, but I dont know how you couldnt find literally any other beating heart to work there. She is an embarrassment to that establishment. Everyday that she's employed there is a day that she gives terrible service and pushes potential customers away. Some random guy pulled up next to me in the drive through and told me dont bother, the manager is a joke. She wont help you. Thats what this location is dealing with. The kid she was yelling at to clean the grease would do a better job at managing then her. I dont know how she still has a job. McDonald's need to have higher standards.

Have gone here my whole life place had become horrible service huge liens takes forever to get any food out food cokes Burt forget stuff to order had to wait 40 minutes for 2 burgers and many other incidents when they don’t apologize give vouchers and completely ignore the customers if you were to go anywhere take the extra drive to seat in for better food and service

No one available at the register to take orders. When ordering at kiosk and paying cash does not indictate you have to pay before order processed, and there is no one at the counter to process the order and take the cash. Number of the order on the kiosk does not match the number of the order on the printout.

The St Albans store has quick, polite service. (They really should retrain the Swanton store which is absolutely lacking.) The woman taking my order was great in describing the new shake offered.
When you order a quarter pounder you should get that and not one with cheese which costs more. You should not have to specify without cheese to get what you want. Makes me want to stop going Macdonalds any more. Too expensive now anyway
