You don't get what you asked for , the workers are rude besides two, they never answer their phones. They take so long to get anything out or help someone. Servers are completely rude and don't care. They don’t check anything. Servers are always arguing and don’t know what they’re doing.

Don't waste your time and money with delivery. Ever since they started using Door Dash for their delivery, the food arrives cold or gets delivered to the wrong place. Never had any issues when it was actual Pizza Hut employees doing the deliveries.

I ordered boneless honey bbq wings. Not only did the driver not read instructions to put food on the chair and not the floor. But they put it in a soggy wet section of the carpet on the entrance floor, Which ruined my box of fries from the water and salt. Then my wings weren’t even covered with sauce and they were extremely soggy with pieces of silver paper stuck to them.

Been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt over the years, but now on a Saturday, have been waiting over an hour and a half for $80 of food for 6+ people - absolutely unacceptable. Have called and tried to get things rectified, am left waiting 15 minutes deep on a hold call with still no food for my friends.

Me and my family came to pizza hut today for lunch we got there the place smelled so bad the ice machine was broke so we had warm sodas and the dish washer broke and they didn't have wings and the service was absolutely terrible the woman came over and just stood by us like we just were supposed to guess what she was trying to say just an absolutely bad experience the wait time for our food was way to long when there was only 3 other people in the store and the food made me sick and have been throwing up since we left there we will never be going back there again st Albans you can do better than this absolutely disgusting

Pizza Hut isn't what it used to be that is for sure. Neither is this restaurant. I have fond memories of having lunch here with my mother and children. My husband and I went there tonight. The food is pretty much tasteless with the exception of the medium hot wings and that was the sauce. What happened to the pizza sauce???? The entire restaurant is absolutely filthy. The salt and pepper shakers were crusted with disgustingness. The bathroom was no different and there was a pile of clothes on the floor in front of the sink. Three tables full of dirty dishes the entire time we were there and no one even thought of cleaning them off. Our waitress was more interested in chatting with the the employees in the back room, had to ask for silverware, no plates were brought to us, I finally got two plates from the sad sad looking salad bar. Stood at the counter waiting to pay and leave while everyone was out back doing who knows what. I am assuming they make the majority of their $ on take out because if these customers went in to eat they'd probably never come back. I don't think the place has been cleaned since the pandemic ended. Last time we will go there that is for sure.

Which was their exact words. Well when they haven’t started it yet then there’s no reason why they can’t give you what you want. I tried ordering the special & it was more expensive than what I originally asked for, so I asked them to just give me what I wanted in the first place- to be told that there’s no way they can do that… take my experience for what it’s worth and I’ll go to the grocery store and make sure it’s worth the money and what I want…
