Ordered a large original crust tonight. Meatlovers with onion an pineapple. Pick up an drove 35 minutes home to find my pizza had onion and pineapple only! Very disappointed. Then to find out my cheese Stix tasted like freezer burned. Nothing like it use to be!!

Pizza was a Supreme. It had Very little toppings. I requested extra cheese, and there was no extra cheese. It was difficult to find any cheese. I will not be going back. Waste of money. I could have gone to the Mobil store and purchased a slice of their pizza and been much happier with quality, quantity of toppings on pizza...

Service was adequate but could have been alot better. Server didn't even realize I hadn't gotten my breadsticks that I had order 15 minutes prior. As I waited patiently, she asked do you need something else? Yes my breadsticks. Not impressed

Ordered my food for delivery said it would be done in 30-40 minutes. I got a text saying it was on its way I waited for 20 minutes never showed. We called 3 times and they hung up on me every time. Now it’s been an hour. We decided to go there and figure out what the deal was. Half way there the driver calls me and shows up at my house with our food and all he can say is “I don’t know what happened”. Never again.

I ordered on line , that was easy , they have the itemsthat i wanted for my pizza🤬. My husband had a hard time picking it up ,
The boneless wings were awesome!!! They messed up on the pizza . Pepperoni on one 1/2 sausage on whole , they did not put peppers on it . The other 1/2 I wanted mushrooms and peppers. Mushrooms were on the whole pizza , no peppers on the pizza. They were out of onions !!!!! Not happy . I ll give them 2 stars because the wings were awesome this time.

Have delivery. First the guy taking orders on phone didn't finish processing my credit card, so had to re do it when driver got here. Second I ask if they sold fried mozzarella sticks, told they did , but got cheesy bread sticks. Third ask if sold boneless chicken, told they did, but got bone in wings. Very disappointed with phone service and overall food. Probably will not be ordering from you again. Driver was great. Someone in call center needs to be retrained.

We ordered a pizza it was supposed to be here at 9:20 and at 9:21 they texted us saying it would be late so now we were waiting my husband called to find out where they were and they were closed!!! Excuse me?!?!?!?! Then an hour later someone must have noticed it was there during their clean up and wanted to send us that same pizza that was sitting there for an hour!!! How can you do that to a family. As a business how can you do that? How does this business stay in business? I have never experienced anything like this from any pizza place or restaurant in fact...you really might need to retrain some of your workers in the Saint Albans franchise because this experience put a very bad taste in my mouth and will never ever order from any one ever.!!! I don't get it? Please make it make sense!!!!

I'll start off with that I've been going to this particular pizza hut for years(since I was a kid) The last couple times, I've noticed a drastic decrease is service, quality and the environment.1. Order was incorrect2. Food was barely warm3. Fruit flies flying around(wasnt even seated near the salad bar)4. No coloring books or crayons anymore for toddlers5. Eight people (3 of which was my party) in the restaurant and it took 40 minutes to recieve our order. 3 take outs total during our dinner, we were there for 1 hour and 10 minutes.6. The tables were absolutely filthy.The waitress was pleasant, polite and apologetic.
