Update your hours. I arrived at 8pm to find that Dunkin was open for breakfast but Subway was closed. That’s right I said 8pm.

Food is decent, every subway is the same. This location never participates in the subway promos so you’re always paying full price. Nothing but greed by the owner. It sure isn’t from lack of customers because they’re always busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location isn’t wheelchair accessible without going out of your way considerably

Didn’t accept coupons. Made the excuse that they haven’t since covid.
Rude, disorient, and zero professionalism. Not buying from this staff again.
I ordered the #9 The Champ Series sandwich as on the menu as a melt. The server prepared the sandwich like a regular sandwich only cutting through part way and adding the regular amount of cheese. She added the peppers and onions and then went to put it in the oven. I told her I wanted a melt, she said it was, I said the melts are done in the bags, she looked at me angrily and went for the other server in the back room. The other server came back in and finished preparing my sandwich, she asked if I wanted anything else, I said no. She put it in the bag and melted it.When I got home I noticed the cheese and chicken were still cold in the sandwich and there was no peppercorn ranch. I went back to the store and addressed the server who knew how to make the melt. I told her that my sandwich wasn't cooked fully and was missing the ranch. She said she showed me the sandwich and asked me if I wanted anything else. I told her that I thought the first server had added the ranch already, since it was supposed to be a melt. She argued with me that she had set the temperature right on the oven and that she had showed me. I asked if she was arguing with the customer. The other server offered to put the sandwich back in (after I had already taken it home) and add some ranch. I suggested that would be against health code. The server that argued with me said they can't give me a free sandwich. I advised it wouldn't be a free one, it would be the one that I had already ordered. I said "forget about it" and advised I would reach out to management in the morning. The Milton Subway I normally visit is on top of everything and always friendly. They would never argue with a customer.
All the lettuce is brown in the bins. GROSS

Great people and great food ?
Do not expect to get anything you want within an hour of closing. They had 2 pieces of bread left 45 minutes from close.
Quick, hearty sandwiches made to order. Our local shop is always on their game, usually friendly staff and always fresh ingredients.
Place is awful cant make sandwich right this second attempt for them to get something right and get another soggy sweet onion teriyaki sandwich with all wrong toppings and I only get two lol and of course always ask to be toasted and never get it awful service worse sandwiches
“Mandatory closure for 14 days per CDC guidelines.” Yikes.
