This store is absolutely terrible!! The food was just slapped together and looked like my dog had just chewed it up and then it was put in the bag. Service is sooooooooooooooooooo slooooooowwwww!!! 25 minutes for 2 tacos and a nacho fry!? Workers sitting around doing nothing,1 person taking and making orders,even the manager was sitting down and not helping. Avoid this place!

Been going here for years, only one close to me so I go once in a blue moon out of desperation as 9 times out of 10 you are missing at least one item in your order. Whether you have everything you laid for or not- rest assured, it tastes nothing like it should and you will probably throw most of it away after waiting 30 minutes in line for it anyways.
Don't be in a hurry if you stop at this restaurant. It took exactly 58 minutes to receive 5 meals. It was like this for every customer inside the restaurant. They only passed the drive-thru. It is not a fast-food restaurant, slow-food…..

We decided to give it a shot despite the horrible reviews and it was even worse. We asked the cranky lady for a sec to chose our order, we said ready, she said hold on and we waited 15 min with no response and left with no food as she yelled through the speaker at us.

its like vermont is trying to convince itself that taco bells are dumpy by having one of the dumpiest taco bells ever. A/C was broken and the dining room smelled like a sewer. they shouldn't be open if the A/C is broken and its 90 degrees out what kind of condition is that for staff??? pay them for the day and close shop. the food is fine but it took 20 min for an order of tacos. shame on this franchise owner for running the store like this.

Food taste kinda good although… The staff are a bunch of rude people and they do not treat you well you’ll be waiting for 10 minutes and then you’ll have to pay and then you’ll have to wait another 10 minutes so just hope you’re not a couple cars back because there’s 30 and they are absolutely oblivious to what’s going on rude if you want good service, come to this Taco Bell and have some fun

So incredibly slow- waited close to 45 minutes for 3 soft tacos and 2 crunchy tacos. The car drove off ahead of me I assume due to the super long wait. It was 15 minutes at least before they even took our order. When I asked how much longer at the window they acted like I was being ridiculous asking that. Never offered any explanation or any discount or apology. Just attitude and rudeness. Will not be going back. I could get in and out of a sit down restaurant faster than this experience. Absolutely awful customer service and wait time.
