Y'all need your own building. Location, location, location, as they old saying goes. We traveled all the way up to go there for lunch. Die hard taco, and burrito lovers, and have always favored Taco Bell.

Today was my first trip to Vermont’s Worst Taco Bell, and honestly it wasn’t that bad. Sure, the toilet was unflushed and seat sprinkled with pee, used paper towels strewn about the floor.. sure, I waited 20+ minutes for my meal.. the service was indeed uninspired… but when I got the food, it was hot, tasted fresh, and was prepared correctly.
I ordered a luxe box and doritos taco and requested all items be without lettuce, and there was not a speck of lettuce to be found! And included everything else expected on each item. Pleasantly shocked at the success rate!
And for that I’m giving 5 stars to drag up the avg a bit.. at below 3 stars avg I really thought this place wasn’t worth my time and resigned myself to Taco Bell as an out-of-state vacation activity only. But after seeing it for myself, this location has turned things around at least a bit from the rock bottom other reviewers have thoroughly dragged them for.
So uh, take your chances! It might work out in your favor. 💌

Evil energy. Came here at 9 pm. Drive through closes at 1030. I sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes before I was greeted with the most attitude I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. These people acted like it was such an inconvenience that they had to take my order. Listen- I work food service. I know how it is when you’re closing and someone orders. But they have well over an hour and a half until they close so I really can’t justify the attitude. Finally I’ve wrapped up the most dreadful human interaction I’ve experienced all week. I pull up to the window and receive my food. Guess what? They forgot my tacos. Of course they did. I’d expect nothing less from this dump. Taco Bell is one of my favorite spots to eat. I’ve always disliked this one in particular but I thought today was the day I give it another chance. Today I allow them to redeem themselves. Well. This place is not deserving of second chances.

If I could give this place a zero star I would the people here are complete burn outs, they are visibly upset when someone comes through and wants to order food as if we are ruining there day and making them work. On top of everything this place is beyond filthy. It's a shame cause this will be the last time I come to the only taco bell with in 50 miles of me. I hate that I have to quit you taco bell.

I stopped by to get my Taco Bell fix since it had been a few months. The food was good for fast food, the restaurant was clean but the service was exceptional. The clerk was nice, friendly, and helpful. It was good to see someone so positive where her mood could and I'm sure affected others in a positive way.

I'm not sure what's happening to this place, but, the last two times (on a Friday) I came down for chicken, KFC was out, literally!?! Today, I decided to just get four hard tacos, 2 for now and 2 later... First off, they gave me 2 hard and 2 soft (after a 10 minute wait; with only one car in front of me, I said whatever... But, it was almost $16.00??? I won't be back, unless I start managing the place!

Waited in line at the drive thru for so long. My husband CANNOT have beef due to a health condition. We ordered him chicken items only to get back home, see that the wrappers were marked “chicken”, he takes 2 bites, it’s beef. Now he’s missing work because of a flare up! Food allergies and substitutions should not be taken lightly for this very reason. Now my family is missing out on income because the employees don’t take these things seriously.
