The worse experience we ever had. The cashier took the wrong order. We think he doesn't know how to cancel an item and just put the order through. They dont repeat what u ordered and no screen to see the order u placed which can avoid any mistakes. We caught on the total amount doesnt make sense within seconds and we were right. The order was wrong. He asked the manager and manager refused to correct our orders. A big group of people behind us saw what was happening and said "Let's leave and go to other places if that's how they treat people."We asked to change our order and they refused and said this is what we order. And then blame us for making them loose a lot of money because a group of people left after seeing mistreating us. The worse place EVER!

They got our order wrong. Instead of making it right or refunding...they threatened to call police! WORST place EVER! Don't waste your time or tastebuds..the manager lady was absolutely HORRID..I wish I could give minus stars! This place isn't worth a one star????

Ordered and ate inside the 'restaurant'. Service was slow and took 25 minutes for our order even with very few other guests. After finally receiving my burrito and taking a bite I was extremely disappointed (but not shocked due to the general atmosphere) to learn my rice was severely undercooked rendering the burrito uneatable. On the bright side I don't have to worry about food poisoning now. This was a poor experience even as taco bells go.

This was easily the most memorable taco bell visit I’ve ever had. Our journey into this museum of late stage capitalism started with a register worker who appeared to border on the edge of child laborer. His energy was a bit unsettling but he did correctly enter our order so! Then we proceeded to sit at a table and wait around 30 minutes. No big deal, at least at the end of the wait i’d be able to bite into my perfect soft potato taco. Alas, upon arrival I bit into my regular order to find an irregular crunch. Many crunches, close together in fact. As it turns out, the rice was the culprit. Luckily I had ordered a back up small fry, and they were a comfortable room temperature. I walked away feeling perplexed, awoken, disturbed, and I exited after throwing a quick good luck to the table next to us, as we had bonded over this shared trauma. Much love to everyone working at this facility, thank you for this brand new experience.

I usually pick KFC from the menu from this location. Typically will go when I'm on my half hour lunch as it's usually a fast drive thru. I spent 10 minutes in line after ordering before getting to the window. Only two cars in front of me.The time before I walked into the lobby and waited a few minutes for a gentleman to come tell me the lobby was closed so I chose to go elsewhere. The lobby is generally very dirty, dirty tables and floor.

If I could give it negative stars I would this place is absolute joke I waited for over 45 mins for mashed potatoes and a chicken sandwich n still wasn't ready I left very pissed n hungry place is a joke n when I try to be nice about it I get attitude n also asked for a refund but was told no cause that have no record of my order I pull it up on my email n still have no food or money

Woman at the counter forgot to add it to the order. Instead of trying to make amends for her mistake, made me get back in like to pay .88 for the sour cream. Stead clear, it’s not worth it.

Pathetic . 30 min watching Tammy and Sheila walk around talking about whose gonna babysit someone's kids up ta the trailer park and only attending to drive-thru..food on counter in parts with no urgency to do anything. Asked for refund was told no. I just left any food I would have got would have been cold anyway.
