For the first time in 2 years I chose to have twiggs for my birthday dinner. We ordered the chicken tenders I had fries with mine my fiancé had waffle fries, big mistake he bit into one of his tenders and broke a tooth. He could not eat anymore he was in so much pain . The tenders were very hard and waffle fries were like hockey pucks. My food was the same, very disappointed use to love this place. Will give it 1 more try in the future. Maybe. Not to mention when I called to place the order the young lady asked if she could put me on hold for a second. I said sure… 20 minutes later, I was getting ready to hang up and call back, she finally came back on and apologized said she had forgotten about me. SMH

The service was friendly and nice. They put us at a more quiet table as we requested and had the bar make a mock tail via a simple revision. The food was ok. Pizza was piled in a small basket so it stuck together and the grilled chicken on a salad did not see likely to have been cooked in house. The cost seemed high given portions and quality.

Great poutine! Very tasty and a large portion. The cheesesteak was very close to being amazing. Despite having all the elements that make a great cheesesteak, it was severely under seasoned so it wasn't flavorful.I'd definitely go again just for the poutine!

Sat at the bar tonight which was not bust. Don't come here if you want to be served in a timely fashion. We waited for a long time for our food which wasn't good. The bartenders talk with each other and gossip more than they will serve you.

Have eaten at twigs several times when traveling thru. The food has always been very good with broad selection but the reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the length of time it has taken to get our done in meals every visit has been in excess of 45 minutes regardless of how busy the restaurant

Ordered takeout. They forgot one of our meals. When I tried to call, they put me on hold and never picked up again. When I went back they have me the burger they made 45 minutes earlier and did not offer to remake. This is the second time in a row I have had trouble with them. Last time they did not include all the burger toppings I paid for.Not likely to order again.

This is my first time leaving a Google review for anything, it was also my first time ever eating at Twiggs and I absolutely recommend this place. I'll add the reasons why.1. The atmosphere is very nice and the service was awesome.2. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were huge. I got appetizers and couldn't even finish them. There is also a pretty wide selection and a kids menu alone with a cute kids cup they can keep.3. The prices are awesome. Feeding 3 people cost under 100 dollars, and that is inclusing a good tip.4. They have things to do while you wait, like coloring pages and crayons for kids and cards like Trivial Pursuit type for everyone.5. The place is quiet even with the TVs and music. It won't let me upload photos, the +Add Photos won't respond when I touch it and I believe there are other things I am forgetting as I write this but seriously, it's absolutely worth your money and time dining here.

Don't bother going to Twiggs unless you have a lot of time to waste. Gone here on 3 separate occasions, and the food wait time is nearly an hour every time. Good food but terrible management.

Impromptu stop for lunch. We were seated right away and the waitress came right over. Service was great and the food was as well. Will definitely go back.

Twiggs restaurant and cafe effortlessly delivers delicious food with a smile, ensuring that hot dishes are served hot and cold ones remain refreshingly cool. Their attention to detail goes above and beyond, evident in the diverse selection of fries we enjoyed, from sweet potato to waffle, accompanied by classic malt vinegar. However, the true star of the evening was the super burger, impeccably presented and bursting with flavor. Its generous proportions left me nearly forgetting to capture its beauty in a photo. Special mention goes to Camille, whose attentive service elevated our dining experience.

The food is amazing but please keep room for dessert. Warm cookies with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate and caramel syrup. Heavenly!

A huge shout out to Tom and his team. As a traveling large group of 40 they knocked it out of the park seamlessly! Tom and Marah pulled it off in 2 days and had great communication, great food, great staff! Thank you !!!

Food was mediocre at best. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, all bun and stale, very little flavor. Leftovers by all four of us, mostly because of food quality. Appetizers were good, but meals were not. Waitress disappeared for lengths of time, when they seemed not to be so busy. Might give it another try, for drinks, but would eat elsewhere before going.

The food was very good (we had everything from nachos to main courses to dessert), but it was our server who was absolutely outstanding! My wife and son both have unusual needs, were probably more trouble than three tables combined. Our server was thoughtful and creative. It totally worked out!
