Best crew at the Shelburne Road Dunkin’ Donuts in Shelburne Vermont. Always a smile, always a positive attitude and a cup of coffee taste so much better because of the service!!!
Note, you can only tip with cash. No opportunity on the app or the electronic payment process. I’m typically annoyed and having to tip for self-serve experiences, , but these folks serve up coffee with that little extra something that deserves at least rounding up!

The workers here are super incompetent, never get the order right, always out of one thing or another. Also, multiple visits here recently they have been nothing but extremely rude and lack common courtesy and professionalism

Initial order was prepared incorrectly, When I brought it back, The cashier was gracious and got right on it. The person preparing the food however when I mentioned something about it being toasted gave me a very serious attitude. When he handed me the bag, he said here’s your bagel and very loudly said toasted to me, he gave me a very bad attitude for absolutely no reason other than me trying to make sure my food was prepared properly this time

Second time I’ve come to this location at 5:45 PM and they’ve been closed early with lights on and people working inside. Their hours say open till 7 PM. Time to stop supporting this location.

I don’t ever review places but it took them 20 minutes to make an iced dirty chai, and they forgot the espresso. During this time three people who ordered after me had been served and left.

I usually love this place, so I'm not dock8mg it too much. But 6/14/2024 morning crew needs some more training. This morning wad a little lack luster. The phone is usually answered when I have a sandwich no bread, I admit it was busy but this crew needs more training before handling high volume shifts. The phone rang through 3 times, no answer. Very polite, and calm but need a little more attentiveness. I also found a cheese paper in my sandwich. I know early morning shifts are not easy, especially at a new job, so I'm giving a little leniency there.

So love just standing there and watching people who have ordered breakfast sandwiches after me get their food and ya know, wait for about 20minutes or more…..and workers there are dressed super inappropriately and well it’s not a professional atmosphere at all, there is not uniforms at all so you really don’t know who the employees are. Food was pretty good once I eventually got it. But like I’ll pass on this Dunkin…

It’s a dunks. Folks are nice. Just very disorganized. If you order ahead, you will wait as if you just got there. No one really acknowledges you are there. Everyone just buzzes around. I would say better management is needed. Better systems are needed. People are working hard, needs better leadership.
