My food was made by a very dirty greasy man. He kept touching his sweaty shirt hat and hair while making all the food orders. Maybe changed his gloves once..?

This Dunkin location is particularly bad, and the capabilities of the employees is far below the brand's standards. Orders are consistently wrong, food is prepped poorly (ex. stale food, ingredient alternatives/swaps ignored, and sometimes just even frozen food altogether). I have come to learn that if I want a food order to be on time, I had to place the order at the beginning of my drive to work-- which is thirty minutes away from this location. It should not be taking a Dunkin thirty minutes to prep a bagel with butter. By this point, I have been skimped out of money I have paid in full, just because the employees there cannot seem to get their act together, and no management will come in to improve the situation.
These aren't bad people-- they are just horrific service and it genuinely is a waste of money and time coming here, or any Dunkin location in this area.

This Dunkin has become my favorite I want to order from in the area, despite it being 2 miles from where I live and they’re being other Dunkin close to me, and on my way to getting coffee and egg sandwich on my way to work! Is spacious and clean and all the staff, predominantly females, are very helpful and kind. Orders are always made nicely and haven’t been disappointed unlike other Dunkin where messed up order is the biggest problem

Gatekeeping a bathroom that you don’t even up keep is wild. No soap, toilet paper everywhere, and the toilet paper dispenser is broken and so the toilet paper in being left on the handy cap rail which is unsanitary, and then we attempt to order and wait for 5 minutes for service with zero acknowledgement from the workers.

Bagels and coffee for other customers of delivery
Placed my mobile order way before I arrived there. There is n
o drive-through, so I went in. And there was one woman behind the counter, talking with a woman ordering. Music was playing a little loud. No mobile orders were out, so I waited and waited... then another mobile order woman came in... she made her drink right away, then she made mine. Took 15 minutes for me to get my mobile order drink.
Oven not working, so no hot breakfast items were available.
One person working (she handled the crowd masterfully), but did not know the code for the restroom since it wasn't her usual store.

I don't know what is going on with this place. You either get told they don't have ingredients or the staff will refuse to make menu items hours before they close because they have cleaned and have closed down the grill. Hours before they are supposed to close. That is if they even let you in. Tried stopping at like 4 pm a few days ago just to be told they were closed. It is supposed to close at 7pm. I have never seen a business turn away paying customers because the staff is too lazy to do their job.
Call before going because they may be out of coffee or donuts or both, like before 2 PM, absolutely pathetic place.
Best crew at the Shelburne Road Dunkin’ Donuts in Shelburne Vermont. Always a smile, always a positive attitude and a cup of coffee taste so much better because of the service!!!
Note, you can only tip with cash. No opportunity on the app or the electronic payment process. I’m typically annoyed and having to tip for self-serve experiences, , but these folks serve up coffee with that little extra something that deserves at least rounding up!

The workers here are super incompetent, never get the order right, always out of one thing or another. Also, multiple visits here recently they have been nothing but extremely rude and lack common courtesy and professionalism
Initial order was prepared incorrectly, When I brought it back, The cashier was gracious and got right on it. The person preparing the food however when I mentioned something about it being toasted gave me a very serious attitude. When he handed me the bag, he said here’s your bagel and very loudly said toasted to me, he gave me a very bad attitude for absolutely no reason other than me trying to make sure my food was prepared properly this time

Second time I’ve come to this location at 5:45 PM and they’ve been closed early with lights on and people working inside. Their hours say open till 7 PM. Time to stop supporting this location.
