Verry friendly staff here made my order quickly with a great attitude! While they have no drive through they were well staffed and had a nice large seating area.

Best Dunkin around. Stop a few times a week before work. The employees there actually seem to enjoy their job unlike other Dunkins/fast food places. 10/10 would recommend going there.

Logan who works there every day discriminated me and tried making my sister Rachael Haskins call the Shelburne police and made up a false story to the police cause Logan didn’t want me in her store cause she don’t like the fact she was fired from the last store we worked at and she was mad I stayed and was doing her job! She lied and told the police I poured how coffee over the counter and said I stole donuts. Now at this point I order a $6 meal that came up to almost $8 Logan refused to serve me and had someone else do it who also was refusing due to what Logan said . I waited 43 mins for a $6 meal and by the time 43 mins was up there was no more bagels our coffee she made 1 and told my husband to try it and said ok take that one and this one hers my husband gave me his coffee and tried the one Logan was going to give me and she didn’t even make it the same way as his when I got the same thing. Today I go in the cops were called cause I told her cops need to give me a trust pass and she left the store called the police and tried getting me fired and trust pass on false info she was giving and refuses to show camera footage! I am putting in court papers agents this person and filing a lawsuit against them for discrimination and false flying information

We were here today during the Shelburne Parade and Haunted happenings. The woman behind the counter was completely alone and there was a constant massive line. She stayed calm and professional, and moved incredibly quickly considering the sheer volume of orders she was dealing with. She did a great job, was super nice, and the food tasted great.

absolutely terrible service. no one there knows what they’re doing, i basically did more work than the employees were doing themselves. it took THIRTY FIVE MINUTES for 2 bagels. i had to be asked multiple times what my order was / what i was waiting for. i have a lot of patience for service workers but that surpassed my limits— downright HORRIBLE service.

This Dunkin location is particularly bad, and the capabilities of the employees is far below the brand's standards. Orders are consistently wrong, food is prepped poorly (ex. stale food, ingredient alternatives/swaps ignored, and sometimes just even frozen food altogether). I have come to learn that if I want a food order to be on time, I had to place the order at the beginning of my drive to work-- which is thirty minutes away from this location. It should not be taking a Dunkin thirty minutes to prep a bagel with butter. By this point, I have been skimped out of money I have paid in full, just because the employees there cannot seem to get their act together, and no management will come in to improve the situation.

These aren't bad people-- they are just horrific service and it genuinely is a waste of money and time coming here, or any Dunkin location in this area.

This Dunkin has become my favorite I want to order from in the area, despite it being 2 miles from where I live and they’re being other Dunkin close to me, and on my way to getting coffee and egg sandwich on my way to work! Is spacious and clean and all the staff, predominantly females, are very helpful and kind. Orders are always made nicely and haven’t been disappointed unlike other Dunkin where messed up order is the biggest problem

Gatekeeping a bathroom that you don’t even up keep is wild. No soap, toilet paper everywhere, and the toilet paper dispenser is broken and so the toilet paper in being left on the handy cap rail which is unsanitary, and then we attempt to order and wait for 5 minutes for service with zero acknowledgement from the workers.

Placed my mobile order way before I arrived there. There is n
o drive-through, so I went in. And there was one woman behind the counter, talking with a woman ordering. Music was playing a little loud. No mobile orders were out, so I waited and waited... then another mobile order woman came in... she made her drink right away, then she made mine. Took 15 minutes for me to get my mobile order drink.

One person working (she handled the crowd masterfully), but did not know the code for the restroom since it wasn't her usual store.

I don't know what is going on with this place. You either get told they don't have ingredients or the staff will refuse to make menu items hours before they close because they have cleaned and have closed down the grill. Hours before they are supposed to close. That is if they even let you in. Tried stopping at like 4 pm a few days ago just to be told they were closed. It is supposed to close at 7pm. I have never seen a business turn away paying customers because the staff is too lazy to do their job.
