I was there this afternoon and the lady was very rude.
They never have any bagels to the point where we have to drive to the Pine St location.
I had a onion bagel with jalapeno and cream cheese and my fiancee had cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese toasted.
I rarely leave reviews but this place is a disaster. It says bagels, soups, and salads on the door. Except they don’t have soups or salads. Or 8 of the bagels they say have. Oh, also employees. Only one of those. And don’t ask for coffee— in case the guy in front of you has the last cup they will just say they are out instead of brewing a new cup. Avocado was grey and it took half an hour to get four bagels.
Hands down worst bagel Sandwich I have ever had. It was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted, it seemed like it hadn’t even been warmed.
I like the people that make the sandwiches but the food is just consistently not good. I don't know how this place is still open.
This place has disappointed me more times than it has filled my stomach. My last experience included one bagel with cream cheese and a half hour wait that ended with me leaving. My time can be used far more valuably than waiting around for a bagel that won't even satiate. I cannot wait until a competent establishment replaces this horrible excuse for breakfast spot. Or they change management teams. In my experience the Burlington location is wonderful. End of review
Big difference between Burlington and Shelburne location. Would not recommend Shelburne location based on ambiance, service and even quality.
Normally I visit the essex location, but today I stopped at shelburne rd location. I ask for a very simple custom bagel with literally 5 things on it. There was nobody else but me in there ordering she was on her phone for 5 minutes before rudely asking what I'd like. She then proceeded to get my entire order wrong and I watched her brush her hair back with a gloved hand mid way through making my sandwich! I asked for her to start over which I knew was going to be a huge deal.given the way I interrupted her texting by coming in for my breakfast. How rude of her to say. I don't have time to start over we get online orders too so I'm kinda busy... i then said im not paying for that so she started over. But I was appalled when I got to my car after paying 7$ for 5 items which in essex is normally 4$ and I realized my entire thing was wrong there were capers which i didnt order and the ends of the tomatoes with the pit in my sandwich. This was a terrible experience, and as I read other reviews I now know I should have looked online before going In...
They must not train their staff at all. I feel bad for them. They don't even melt the cheese in your breakfast sandwich anymore. I wouldn't work well for minimum wage either.... So I kinda get it. Higher paid, *trained workers would probably do well here.

Vanessa at your Enosburg location handles herself very efficiently and professionally! She’s calm and gets her orders prepared and gets customers in- out and on their way! My breakfast was delicious! And I enjoyed her personality as well!
I have not been in lately but I did get a good bagel out of there it was a sandwich that was good and the place seems to be packed all the time so they must be doing something right thank you
Went in on Sunday morning. Out of everything. Lox for New Yorker ,egg machine for every breakfast sandwich wasn’t “working “ and then out of veggie cream cheese, I just left . This place simply won’t survive in shelburne, or frankly deserve to anywhere, with this level of poor service. I expect to read of them closing , or they have to up their up their game to survive. Also, hoe about some music do the place isn’t so damn dreary. Many other local bagel places have figured this out.
Bagels are not made on site in Shelburne and they are often out of bagels. Today they had a few bagels left at 11am, no tubs of cream cheese and one variety of coffee. Breugger’s was far superior to this poor excuse for a bagel shop.
Eggs were room temperature and felt sick shortly after eating them.
