I have to say that I was very disappointed. This is my first time trying Napaline food and to me the freshness and what I assume authencity, was not there At All!!!!! The food was also salty.
This is truly a hidden GEM! I just moved back to the area after many years living in Richmond VA that offered a wide variety of dining options. Sadly, I find most of the VT restaurants boring and lacking imagination..... then a few weeks ago I wandered into Namaste.... AND IM IN HEAVEN! Their Buttered chicken is slap your Grandma kinda good.... and they make it and all their dishes as spicy of as mild as you like! :-) The family that ownes and operates this local treasure are actually from Napal and all dishes are lovingly prepared and AUTHENTIC! So if your bored with the same old burgers and Pizza.. head over to Shelburne and give it a try! And the lovely waitress / bartender Aisha, is one of the owners daughters ( and from what I hear, she is her parents favorite!) LOL;-) So beautiful sure to tell her you saw my review.... of and don't forget to tip her well!
