I used to really like this restaurant, but they have gone downhill. I found the pastrami sandwich to be inedible because of some very strange pickles. Even after taking them off the sandwich, the taste lingered. Yuk, and I like pickles. The chicken and waffles were dry, and although the chicken was flat like a breast there were three pieces of leg cartilage on the waffle. The waffle came with an egg, which I didn’t really want, but I got it scrambled and it was overcooked (...
Excellent food! There was a smoked potato Benedict and the eggs were poached perfectly. Of course I also ordered a popover.

The best restaurant on the planet. I moved away from Vermont 3 years ago and still think about the breakfast, confit salad and beautiful space. I can’t wait to go back! Still in withdrawal after going most weekends. Ashley is the best and the whole team is amazing!
