Love this place, the owner/ operators are awesome! Great vibe all around. The day we went, they had hay rides and live music that was so fun! Beautiful property and views there as well.

Excellent Experience to pick your own apples. The super country atmosphere and pleasant climate. They also offer things to eat and share as a picnic.

Such a beautiful day. Warm, sunny, and the best apple cider donuts in Vermont (probably anywhere). We were able to enjoy the orchard, a lovely day for a walk, and get some crisp tasty apples! We even sampled their signature apple Brandy. Best orchard in Vermont!

The wagon ride was great but there were hardly any apples still left on the trees! They were fairly expensive ar $2.50/lb

We visited Shelburne Orchards for the first time last week, and it was a fantastic experience! The orchard is beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views of the countryside and Lake Champlain in the background. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was the perfect place to spend a fall day outdoors.

We came to pick apples and went for the Honey Crisps, which were perfectly ripe, crisp, and delicious. The picking process was easy and enjoyable, with plenty of trees to choose from. We also loved the treasure hunt aspect on the weekends, where you can search for varieties like Fuji and Cortland—such a fun touch!

After picking, we couldn't resist trying some of their famous cider donuts. They were warm, fluffy, and coated in cinnamon sugar—honestly some of the best donuts we’ve had! They paired perfectly with the freshly pressed apple cider, which was refreshingly sweet.

The service was great too, with friendly staff that made sure we had everything we needed, from baskets to guidance on the best spots to pick apples. Shelburne Orchards has such a laid-back and inviting vibe, and we can’t wait to return for more apple picking and donuts next season!

Shelburne Orchards is one of the best experiences to visit in VT! We’ve gone for the last few years (sometimes multiple times a year!) and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We went last weekend and multiple staff members made our experience so special! Nick and Sam were especially helpful with a special treat for the kids and a ride to another part of the orchard (because it was a hot day). The apples, donuts, tractor rides, and Dead Bird Brandy never disappoint. We felt like we were family and can’t wait to go back for another visit!

Oh, and the views are breathtaking! Grad a donut, some cider and sit on an old tractor to take it all in!

Shelburne Orchards is one of my favorite places to visit in the fall in Vermont. Big juicy honeycrisp apples and delicious apple-ginger cider.

Great cider donuts and cider. They had a good variety of apples and local products for those of us who couldn't go picking in the orchard. Friendly employees who were willing to answer all of the questions.

Had a great time here. It was a pretty crowded Saturday afternoon but there was plenary of space to move about. The cider donuts are delicious!

Super cute Orchard. The dog was 100% the highlight. It was hard to leave him behind. Apple cider and donut were delicious. End of the season, so we didn't pick apples, but we cuddled the dog. ❤️

It was a little crowded today with a line at the store. The picking is still pretty good, but you have to walk further down some isles to find them. Good variety. Some of them are not too pretty, but they are all tasty --crisp and sweet. They also have donuts, cider and even apple brandy available for sale. My uncle praises the apple brandy saying it tastes a bit like a nice cognac. Now is the time to go! (9/24/23)

Really beautiful little farm shop - apples and pears for sale, as well as apple cider by the glass, half gallon, or gallon. You can also get hot cider and cider donuts. There's a nice little lawn for snacking and a shack for hard cider tastings. There's parking at the store, but the larger field nearer Greenbush is for those picking their own apples. They'll take you out in the fields in haywagon.

$3.50 for a small hot cider cup compared to cider hollow which was the same price but for a larger cup. The apple cider donuts aren’t made fresh. They start making them at 5AM and start rolling it out selling to people so by the time you get one it’s already soggy, disappointing, and has no flavor. It’s covered in sugar but that didn’t elevate the donut flavor. Apple picking choices doesn’t have much variety for their apples.
