What can I say, it's a Dunkin' Donuts in New England, they are everywhere.

though I love all Dunkin products I can not stand the new cups, they always leak around the covers ruining the out side of the cup and getting coffee all over. they need to rethink there design or go back to what worked. there just asking for complaints from people ruining shirts.

Tonight I came at 9:38 am was turned away for the vanilla chai because he had already closed it for the night. An the lady in front of me couldn’t get donuts or her frozen drink. Absolutely ridiculous. So furious

I was refused service because they were to busy after standing in line forever

Consistent product, so what you buy in Florida should taste the n same no matter what franchise you go to. even here in the sometimes forgotten state called :Vermont. Very good customer service. especially Javon! They are fast, efficient, accurate and personable, glag you all are FINALLY here! Tired of the over-priced cafe abd awful gas station coffee. Thanjs to Dunkin' we can not only get a great cup of coffee, we can get eats too! And they have stretched beyond only doughnuts, you could have a full breakfast here for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dunkn' over some "pretentious" local businesses that tend to only pat attention to you when they see a credit card or cash. I like local, but it's COFFEE, not Anazon stock and I just do not think our local coffee shop is very good..at all. They may in fact achieve a better, stronger taste but the price, TIP JAR (for doing your job?!??!) amd atmosphere as well as limited food selection will, in my opinion, keep Dunkin' ahead of this un-named local Shelburne coffee/wine shop. My best guess is that Dunkin' made a VERY smart business move due to all of the business and residential construction. Bye-Bye local Shelburne coffee shop, I hope your wine sales sustain you. I'm all for small businesses but not those who charge insane prices for a half a** product and garbage customer service. Thank you Dunkin'!!!!
No donuts; its just a Dunkin

I watched a worker at the Essex location drop my food on the ground and give it to me anyway.
