Kevin and Scott are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile for their guests! They gave us the opportunity to host a lunch in the dining and sitting room as we gathered around a November roaring fire. The inn is charming, the food is delicious and the hospitality is superb! The Inn is a real find! Don't miss it!

We loved staying at the Shoreham Inn! It is such a lovely old historic place with such character and so lovingly maintained. Kevin and Scott are the perfect hosts, making every effort to insure that you have the perfect stay. From the delicious made to order breakfasts to the cozy evenings by the fire, we had such a nice weekend in Vermont.

Spent the weekend over at Shoreham Inn when visiting a couple of friends in Middlebury. Cozy rooms with great aesthetics and lovely staffs who are always very helpful :) The house made breakfast also tastes exceptional.
The only nitpick is that the WiFi and cellphone receptions aren’t the best on the third floor

What a gem! When one conjures up an image of the perfect old Vermont Inn, it probably matches this wonderful place. Rooms with character, clean functional bathrooms that work without mystery, breakfasts to write home about and savor. New England charm throughout. Thoughtful, helpful hosts. An outstanding base for seeing the beautiful Champlain Valley.

We stayed here for a friends wedding and it was such a wonderful place to be. Breakfast was superb and made fresh (don’t skip out on the baked goods). The inn keepers and owners were so pleasant and always made sure you were comfortable during your stay! The rooms were nicely renovated and updated while still keeping the charm of an old Vermont B&B. Such a beautiful spot!

Food & drinks: The baked good were amazing! Best part of the stay was the yummy breakfast!

Our stay at the Shoreham Inn far exceeded our expectations! Our room (Orchard Room) was really comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was homemade every morning with juice, tea, coffee and ice water. Innkeepers Kevin and Scott and their server Michelle are friendly, welcoming and ready to help in any way they can, whether for suggestions and directions to restaurants or to nearby sightseeing adventures.
We highly recommend the Shoreham Inn to anyone visiting the Shoreham, VT or Ticonderoga, NY area!

Nearby activities: Just a ferry ride across Lake Champlain to Ticonderoga, NY to visit Fort Ticonderoga, Mt Defiance and the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour!

Lovely historic inn with everything you need to unplug. Comfortable rooms, a full bar, and lovely owners Kevin and Scott who shared their story and desert with us. Definitely recommend staying at the Shoreham Inn if you're in the area.

This is a “gem” of an Inn. Tons of history (the registry) starts in 1916, but goes back even more! Peaceful, adorable, nice rooms… everything you expect from an Inn. But what is absolutely stand out about the Shoreham are new innkeepers Kevin and Scott. These guys are great. Took great care of us, cooked to order, and even spent time telling their store of how they landed as innkeeper. Great time. 100% recommend!

Rooms: Each room has a unique theme.

Nearby activities: There is literally nothing to “do” nearby (but many things a short 15 minute drive away).. I would suggest unplugging and reading a book on the deck!

Food & drinks: Scott and Kevin function as barkeepers as well. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely tremendous!

Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay at the Shoreham Inn while in Vermont for a weekend event in nearby Middlebury. The Green Mountain Suite was spacious, comfortable, and inviting – the inn was rich in history at every turn – and the setting was quiet, safe, and beautiful. Kevin and Scott were gracious and responsive from the time our reservation was made, right through checkout. Breakfast was top notch – truly delicious, enjoyed with wonderful conversation and a bucolic view of the sheep barn and rolling green lawn. Looking forward to returning with our family!
