The place was full surprisingly, so we got takeout (which we had to wait to order for as the restaurant was so busy). The prices here on Google are not accurate at all. They raised it by four dollars or more. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich which was literally cheese, toast, and two slices of bacon. Nothing more. It was $14! An absolute rip off. And the poutine didn't have cheese.

Great food and amazing service. When we sat down one of the servers was at our table with water before we even sat down. Everything was timed well so we were not waiting for someone to take our order. The server also came to out table asking if everything was to our liking, and checked in again a while later to see if we needed anything.

We went 15 miles out of our way to try your restaurant only to find you were closed. ( Today is Saturday) If you are going to be closed for an extended period of time you should update your website. I'm sure there were others that did the same thing.

We got pizza the first night. THE BEST PIZZA. We got beef burgers and a veggie burger the next night, fabulous!!! And the owners are very friendly. Warm and friendly atmosphere.
We were traveling and not finding a restaurant open. Rustic Rooster was a great place with a varied food and drink menu. I had the curried squash soup, delicious. We shared a cauliflower crust pizza that was honestly the best we have had. The mozzarella cheese was creamy and buttery, so perfect. We would return!

We stumbled across the Rustic Rooster on our way to our Airbnb. What a delightful find. The staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful. They allowed us to sit outside (covered patio) with our dog even though it was raining lightly. The food was delicious. I had salmon with sweet potato fries, my husband ate a hamburger with fries. His medium rare hamburger was cooked to perfection. If you go try the blueberry pie it is definitely worth the calories and money.UPDATE: Second visit was as good as the first. Great food and service.

Having just arrived in Mt Holly, and getting late we found this awesome little place. Wonderful staff who were welcoming and showed us to outside tables so we could eat and Holly Doodles could hang out with us. Food was excellent, and the Blueberry pie was just delicious ?. We will be going back soon.
