Really delicious food but question for the owner. Is it common for the staff in the kitchen to touch all the food that’s already cooked without gloves on?

Do not order on Uber eats!! Waited 2 hours and then the driver said they can’t pick up!! So mad! Don’t put your business on Uber eats.

The tables were dirty and the floors had food on them, they need house keeping.

I love bliss bee or rather I love having an option for fast food that doesn’t get me sick due to having celiac. While sometimes I’m super happy with the chicken nugz I feel compelled to write about the hit or miss quality of them. Sometimes I order them and they are perfectly cooked. Other times they look burnt and are dry, and almost impossible to eat. Williston seems to be more consistent in their ability to fry the nuggets. Seems like folks need a bit more training in how to not over cook the fried chicken given it’s a staple on the menu. Overall I love this place, just had pe the consistency can improve!Dietary restrictions: One of the reasons I eat here is because these guys do a great job making sure folks with celiac can eat safely and not get ill. Great work!

Crushing a container of nugs right now and thought I’d take a sec to spread the good word. This is my easy food spot, it’s right around the corner from my home. Everything (???) is gluten free (which is awesome because I am allergic ), but eat their chicken nugs and you’d never be able to tell. These things slap SO hard. The coating is so crunchy and delicious, they’re salty and always tender. The dirty nugs are best and make sure you get their ranch, it’s so dilly and delicious. These nugs are tried and true - I have turned all of my friends onto them too.Bonus: they come out to like $6 after tax.

Food was so dry and bland (definitely not fresh- tasted like freezer food) and the place was a mess. Sat for 30ish mins and no one cleaned any of the tables- employees just talked and did whatever. Honestly so gross- I won’t be going back. I have been to the Williston location as well and the same thing- food left on tables while employees talk. I use to work for the Farmhouse Group and there was a high standard- doesn’t seem like that’s still the case… at least at their “fast food” joints.

This place is fine, salads are not amazing, Chicken nuggets are okay, a little bland.I suggest getting Burger here, that's probably what they do best.Good shakes. If you want a salad or bowl I would go somewhere else personally

Food taste, quality, and variety were great. However, the floors were filthy, as were the bathrooms. And I was there less than an hour after opening. They had packages of surface wipes on all the tables. I guess expecting customers to clean their own tables is the only way they'll get wiped, based on the rest of the restaurant. Given how dirty it was, I doubt I'll be back.

I came here on a whim to try and have the smoothies for a late breakfast. Once we got here, we saw they were NOT protein smoothies. That, and the price were the only down sides. This place has delicious and healthy food! I had a turkey burger and my wife had a general taso grilled chicken sandwich. They were both flavorful and just the right size for a healthy portion. She had the most delicious sweet potato fries and I had hummus and carrots. Delicious hummus as well.I wouldn't come back unless I had money to burn, but, if you can afford it it's honestly not just better than fast food, but frankly better than Panera across the street. Good work.

Update:Dear Owner:I strived not to intially state all the facts of our experience, as to not upset your business. After your reply, I thought to clarify more.We did ask for assistance, and the employee guided us to order ourself, while she continued her conversation.I do not think you handled our review well, claiming you have employees available - at the time of our visit they were not making themselves available. Each time we visit, there is someone behind the counter, but not once do they ask if they could be of assistance.Original review:We find the food is great. You have to order yourself on the touch screen… It would be nice to have your order taken. Very different times… makes for a less personal touch - believe it creates a distance between employees and customers - something I feel is important in supporting a great overall experience. We initially had a challenge understanding how the ordering worked… another customer was gracious and taught us, while the employee just stood behind the counter chatting with a fellow employee.Again though, our food was very tasty.

I gave this place two chances in two years with two very different orders and both times the food was disappointing. Wayyyy too much sauce on the burger and chicken sandwich was bland and dry. The bread they use is not good. Reminded me of McDonalds but double the price. I won't give it a third shot.Edit: Thanks for the response but the type of bun used is not the issue, it's the quality of it which is stale and dry in your case

Don’t do it. Our family of 5 were looking for lunch while passing through. There were limited options so we gave it a shot. The food was terrible. My chx sandwich was thin tough and had a hair. My husband and son did don’t like their burger. My son said it was terrible that a cow died for it. The lace was very dirty. At the kiosk we were asked to tip but there is no service. Do your family a favor-go to Panera for consistency.Vegetarian options: Good concept. Terrible execution
