Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got sausage which I cannot eat. Was 15 miles away when I opened and found this. Through it out.

Placed an order through the app, waited 25 minutes, no food and had to leave. Reached out through the app to cancel the order except they never did and was still charged. Won’t be back.

Ordered food. Two drinks were missing. The attitude of the guy at the phone was bad. He failed to acknowledge anything!

The cashier at the drivethu was great, he actually helped us find another local business...
The burger flipper was not paying attention...I asked for certain things to NOT be on my burger & certain thing to be on it...
I got the opposite of what I asked for...
I went through drivethru cuz i was in a hurry...
This is not the 1st time something like this has happened here...
This is at least the 3rd time in a row, for real...
Each time I go longer between visits...
So I had to go in anyway to get my order fixed...
I do like the food here, but this seems to happen almost every time I go here...
Maybe training the cooks to read the orders could help...
Idk if I'll even go back now...

Drive-thru was absolutely slammed around 11 on a Monday night. There were only two people working and they were absolute rockstars! The woman working the window was so incredibly kind and composed despite how stressful the influx of customers must have been for only two people to handle. Truly an example of how positivity is contagious and can push you through the bad. She even gave us crowns. Thanks Shelburne Rd BK.
