We went there last night for a quick bit on our way home from visiting family. I ate a burger and my wife had fries and Mozzarella sticks. 4 hours later my wife can't leave the bathroom. Now its Christmas morning and my wife has spent the entire night with what we both agree is food poisoning. We still have more family to visit today and tomorrow and will now have to cancel everything which really sucks. My daughter was really looking forward to seeing family this Christmas break. If you want food poisoning this is the perfect place for you.

They can never get my order right, I swear this place is such a joke. To the bald dude who can’t run a driveway, STEP IT UP the 15 y/o working do a better job than you.

Haven't gone to BK in a long time. I work in fast food and know the struggle. It's rough sometimes and sometimes you have a bad day. I got greeted at the speaker by somebody saying "yo" a little off putting but not a huge deal I guess. Then I got to the window and wasn't greeted at all. I asked the young man how he was doing, not a peep came out of him. I paid and he gave me my food. I told him to have a great night and still not a single word out of him. Not even a smile. I thought OK maybe he is mute or something (even though he was wearing a headset) so it was whatever, but then he turned around and started talking to his coworker. If he put a little effort into it I wouldn't have said anything but my God dude try harder. A smile would've sufficed. Like I said I know sometimes work can suck in the food business but if you're that unhappy that you can't even pretend to have customer service skills, go somewhere else. Management is also to blame. As a manager myself, it's our job to teach these skills to our crew. Y'all failed big time in that department. Do better.
