Excellent place for random assortment of wildly variable foods, wines, cheeses, among many other things. Many of them at hugely discounted prices.

No reason to go anymore. Overpriced and precious. The discount bin is now filled with inedible and mold infested selections. It used to be fun. Now it's something of a pretentious boutique. The generosity is lost. Effete and posturing. Disappointing after being a customer for 30 years. Each successive owner has made it more and more expensive. Lost the original sense of abundance from Steve, the original owner, who delighted in providing a variety, quantity and quality at surprisingly low prices.

Nice place, very good choice of all kinds of foods, not just cheese and wine. Only one drawback, there is no public restroom, which limits the browsing time for us old folks.

The customer service, the knowledge of the staff and the family feeling you get when you walk in the store!Truly a Burlington/Chittenden County treasure....if you are not going there to check out their wares, you're missing out!!!!

By far one of the best stores in the area, it has a little bit of everything, spices, sweets, healthy waters, good quality cheese, wine....and the best customer service. Excellent place !

An amazing array of common and unusual delights. Cheeses to die for, and a wine selection beyond compare. If you are a neophyte to food and wine pairings the staff will guide you with patience and skill. Gotta love it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I made the comment that I should've gotten an basket, and a worker named Holly offered to go get me one. Even though she was busy wrapping cheese or something with gloves on and everything, she still offered to stop what she was doing to help me. I declined, but thought it was very nice of her to offer.
