Looks like a empty place tables tipped over hour before closing
Service was ok lot of staff counting and doing paperwork at the register
But my real concern was I paid 50$ for two Charlie classic chicken sandwiches and sides of Mac and fries waiting 15mins and drove 75’ to my hotel and the only decent thing was the sandwich cheese wasn’t melted on fries and all sides cold and sweet potato fries were soggy. Not pleasant experience at the last chance meal next to McDonald’s

I've been ordering from here for many years and I've never been disappointed. Today, however, I placed an order for myself and 6 coworkers for delivery. When we received it, we found that we were missing one of the meals. So I called and requested they send it out to us. The person on the phone was super sweet and helpful but when she(?) asked the kitchen, they said they would give us a credit for a meal the next time we ordered. That didn't help my coworker who had no lunch today. So the poor counter person on the phone had to go back to the kitchen and ask them yet again if they could send out our missing meal and they finally agreed to make it and send it out. This should have been offered from the beginning, considering it was their mistake and the amount of money we paid. We understand you're busy, but do the right thing the first time.

Split a half chicken dinner with hubby and it was delicious! We are staying at the Best Western and walked over. Priced right. Dinner for two with sodas $28.

I couldn’t leave a review on doordash so I’m leaving it here.

It is a great restaurant when dining in. Delivery is a whole other story.

We waiting an hour and half to get our food, by the time it arrived it was lukewarm, the driver did not notify me upon arrival, the salad was prepared poorly (they didn’t cut up the chicken), and the packaging for the food was falling apart.

Now, again, food in person is way better. but I don’t recommend getting take out, if you do, go get it in person.

I've never had bad food from here. Their chicken is excellent but so are their ribs. My only complaint is that they could use more drink options and that's my only negative comment.

I have been having bad experiences coming here, I tried to order today they said the computers are out and we can’t place any orders. Once before they were out of bread. The service is declining!!

The specialty poutines and Mac n cheese are pretty substantial portions and the food has consistently been delicious with friendly service every time.

Me and my friend got the loaded mac and cheeses, one burger; one pulled pork - we didn't enjoy them, the cheese wasn't fully melted and the meats weren't seasoned very well; and their burger tasted off.

After we finished eating, my friend started to get a headache; which then turned into a migraine and abdominal pain.

We ended up at the emergency department of our local hospital with them later that night, and we suspect that they got mild food poisoning from their mac and cheese.

Atmosphere was meh, the booth table had a weirdly wet spot on it, and the whole restaurant didn't look 100% clean.

Would not recommend to anybody, not even my absolute worst enemy (you know who you are.)

Probably my mistake ordering ribs at a chicken place, but the pictures tempted me. Ordered the 6-bone rack with fries and coleslaw. The Montreal-style coleslaw was fantastic 5/5. But the ribs were not great 1/5; completely burnt on one side and very tough (meat was most definitely NOT falling off the bone).

3 1/2 stars. The food was good. Small portions for the price. 2 adult meals 1 kid meal and 2 drinks $55
The chicken sandwich was good but small came with two sides. Mac and cheese was ok needed salt and something else it was very plain.
Two decent size chicken tenders and onion rings for kids meal. $2 upcharge
My husband ordered 8 wings and came with two sides. Cole slaw was vinegar based not bad and onion rings (extra $2) onion rings were good at best.
The place isn't bad it has decent food. Just nothing to over the top. Portion size needs to be more for price.
