Ordered a Carmel craze latte got an ice coffee with whip cream on top never been so angry in my life coffee ruined morning ruined won't be back seems like people skip out of signature coffees due to how busy it is and don't do them right legit had to throw out the coffee waste of 5 bucks

The only reason I take 2 stars away is because the bike racks are not secured to the ground at all. As a bike owner who usually bikes here, I feel totally unsafe parking here. The food and service is just like any other dunkin though.

Woman who works here doesn't know how to make a coffee. When it comes with toppings and she neglected to add them, I asked politely for her to add, esp since its a $7 coffee!! She got mad and walked away with my coffee, lid off with the cocoa powder in her hand. She hid behind the counter for a good two minutes making me wait and came back with the coffee exactly the same. Meanwhile, a man is standing there with gloves on eating an avocado toast with his mouth open the whole time. Then starts making food with the same gloves! So disappointing.
I was a total doofus and dropped my coffee. The two gentlemen working the evening shift were so cool about it and remade my coffee. No questions asked. Five stars!
