Not very helpful staff, never mixes my drinks or helps when there’s an issue. You can get drinks from other Dunkin’s remade at different locations but not here

The staff are always friendly and the building is very clean. However, I have had several orders messed up or parts of the order missing. Or my bagel will be cold by the time my coffee is done or vice versa. If I place a mobile order 5 minutes ahead of time I still end up waiting 5 minutes at the shop for half of my order to be fulfilled (I dont place big orders, literally 2 or 3 items).
I also believe (I know this is a corporate issue not the local branch) their food is WAY overpriced. $5 for a bagel with cream cheese that I have to spread the cream cheese myself? I can (and will in the future) go to any number of local bagel shops where bagels are made fresh each morning and have a dozen different varieties and pay much less than what Dunkin charges. I used to go to Dunkin because it was fast and cheap but as they are no longer either of those things I will be supporting local businesses from now on instead.

This location has great coffee and doughnuts. The only problem is that it's always a crowd of people waiting for 15 min . just for a cup of coffee . A little ridiculous !

Ordered six donuts, they got them and get in the car to open them up and they were wrong! So I went back in to have them fixed and yet again they are wrong. All the employees complained about was that they were busy! People would much rather wait for you to take your time and get their order right the first time. Then I got treated from the only guy working there because I was telling his grandma that was working there to take her time to get my order right and he threatened to kick my ass and take me out! Shocking that there phones are not working either in order for me to contact them and get the owner of the facilities number to have a chat about his employees!

Worst dunkin experience ever Croissant sandwich was only warm. Cheese wasn't even melted on it. And they serve you cold bacon. The young lady said they can't serve the bacon hot because it gets too hot. Just gross. Only good thing was the ice coffee.

Ordered a Carmel craze latte got an ice coffee with whip cream on top never been so angry in my life coffee ruined morning ruined won't be back seems like people skip out of signature coffees due to how busy it is and don't do them right legit had to throw out the coffee waste of 5 bucks
The only reason I take 2 stars away is because the bike racks are not secured to the ground at all. As a bike owner who usually bikes here, I feel totally unsafe parking here. The food and service is just like any other dunkin though.
