Pretty appalling all round. Hardly anyone in the restaurant but still took 50 minutes to get 2 english muffins (that were cold and rock hard and no butter) and 2 orders of crunchy breakfast potatoes. Had to ask 4 times for a small jug of milk for a cup of hot tea. People waiting 10 minutes to be seated. And our waitress having a pretty awful attitude about it all.

I recently visited IHOP and had a mixed experience. The wait times were longer than I’ve ever encountered, both for getting a table and receiving our food. However, once seated, the experience improved significantly.
As expected, the food was good, living up to IHOP's reputation for delicious and hearty meals. The highlight of our visit was the excellent customer service, particularly from a server originally from Singapore. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness added a positive touch to our meal.
Additionally, the restrooms were clean, which is always a plus.
Despite the initial wait, the quality of the food and service made the visit worthwhile. Overall, if you can handle a bit of a wait, IHOP delivers a satisfying dining experience.

This restaurant is GROSS. There is a large spot of mold under our table, the plates came out dirty, every table hasn’t been cleared. Dust everywhere, floors are dirty. Tables are being cleaned by a paper towel.
