I ordered an almond croissant, cinnamon rolls with walnuts, a rye bread and a buttercream cake. The cake is for tonight, and I’ll make updates as needed.The outside of the croissant was burned and rock hard. There was a small bit of undercooked dough on the middle that was neither croissant texture nor almond flavored.The cinnamon rolls had a nice texture but were overly sweet and somehow without much cinnamon flavor.The rye bread was very small compared to what I saw displayed. The texture was soft and pleasant but the flavor was lacking and the rye seeds few and far between.I unfortunately cannot recommend this bakery.Cake update: We served the strawberry crème cake to,a group of 6. Everyone thought that it tasted weird at first but then wanted second slice. The cake looked gorgeous. In the end we agreed that it was different but good. I am upping my star rating from 2 to 3.

Stopped by this week to pick up a preordered cake. It wasn't ready when we arrived so we had some sandwiches while we waited, which were very good. I didn't realize they also offered soup, which some other patrons ordered and which also looked delicious. We got the chocolate mousse cake, which ended up really being more of a dense chocolate icing instead of mousse - very heavy. Next time we'll try a traditional layer cake. The small cafe felt warm, inviting and relaxed.

I’ve bought challah bread a couple times and found it to be hard and dry like a bad scone (supposed to be soft and gooey). I ordered a double espresso which came in a 12 oz. cup, sour taste with not a hint of froth. Next I ordered a single espresso and they gave me the same amount as a double (but cost half the price for the same lame frothless puddle at the bottom of a massive cup). Hey Klinger, invest in some small espresso cups and train your people better.

i ordered a cake last week for the 22nd the young girl said she’ll be able to make it on Saturday. I will pick it up today at 2 o’clock. I go today around 10 o’clock to pick up the cake and they told me basically oh we have it from next weekend I go this is not what I wanted. I wanted the cake ordered for this weekend prepaid an advance. Somebody messed up on the paperwork now I had to go out 25 miles out to get another cake, I finally got a full refund but they only refund me half and I had to go back to the store again to get a full refund. I’m happy to say that the kid had patience to refund me in full that was good on his part, but having miss information, was really frustrating on my part poorly for the store for making that mistake. I will never buy a birthday cake off you guys ever again.

although all 3 pastries I had were delicious, they had the texture of day-olds. get here early as they sell out quick.
Stopped for coffee and breakfast before going on a hike. Super cute place, mocha latte was awesome. My husband got the avocado toast and said it was best he's had. My son loved seeing the big bread machines.

Came here around 3pm, so, maybe that’s the reason why they didn’t many bread selections when I got there. Also, my iced latte was so-so, and my spinach-and-cheese croissant was a bit soggy bcs they reheated it in microwave, maybe?
