I’ve lived in the area for over thirty years. Leonardo’s used to be the best, until about two-ish years ago. I just ordered today hoping that they got better so I gave them a chance. I’ve been disappointed that they no longer have a thick crust option anymore. What I ordered was abysmal, an abundance of toppings, I think I might have seen some cheese, and the crust was the worst id ever had. I would have been so embarrassed to send that out to a customer. It was thinner than my boyfriend’s(he actually got thin crust) and mine was soggy and limp.

He actually wanted to get pizza but I was very reluctant to order from Leonardo’s but they had delivery. I can safely say that we will never order anything here again. I think it’s sad that a once great local company sucks worse than Domino’s.

The sausage fennel special pizza we got impressed even my mom, who is crazy picky. She was worried the sausage would be too spicy and it was not spicy, but high quality meat.

Stopped by this pizza place during a road trip, and it was a pleasant surprise! The picture doesn’t do it justice—the crust was perfectly crunchy but still soft and not dry on the inside. The flavors were incredibly well-balanced, and the taste exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Borderline frozen pizza. Open kitchen with dough over near where people walk in with crumbs all over the counter. Did make pizza fast

For being new to the city, they sent us a coupon for a free large pizza ?. It was wonderful!!! They were all pleasant to deal with and happy to welcome us to S. Burlington. We enjoyed the delicious pizza and will definitely go back again. ?

Good expensive pizza, horribly rude delivery staff

This is a take out pizza place. There is a bench to sit and wait and a picnic table outside, but this is really for carryout only. The pizza is great, the staff is very friendly, and they prepare the pizza very quickly. We walked in and did not call ahead and had our pizza in less than 15 minutes. They have a lot of good unique pizza options and they have a monthly staff member recommendation as well. Very good pizza!

Vegetarian options: I do not know if they have vegan options but you can certainly make many pizzas vegetarian.

Parking: This is a strip mall with a reasonable amount of parking. Because it is take out only, no one is there for too long.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor restaurant with wheelchair access.

Best Hawaiian Pizza on the market in greater burlington. Everyone else should do it this way. I dont often leave reviews but these guys put in good work to throw some awesome pies. My go to when traveling to the area.

I got a pizza and thought it was pretty good. Nothing mind blowing but a solid pizza place.

We ordered a pizza recently from there as they sent "free" coupons to our new address as we bought e new house in the area. We ordered this pizza at 5:11pm. At approximately 6:40 we called to get an update. They stated it was delivered to the wrong address. This is after we stated our current address "mind you that they sent the coupons to". When calling them back he was extremely rude, hung up the phone, after stating it would be another hour and offered nothing further. I like to tip well, so the delivery person will reep the benefits of that. But if you don't want to give out free pizza, then don't give out the vouchers. Clearly your annoynedness was evident on the phone.

It is now 8:05 and still no pizza. It's very disappointing as we moved here to south Burlington and they wanted our business by trying them out. After reading others reviews and the lack of service and pizza, we will not be ordering from them in the future. I actually ordered dominoes and they have come and gone because I was worried to eat there food after calling in. Busy or not, it's your customers who support you, so do better.

In addition, your response is having a manager respond, when it seems the manager was the issue.
