Service was decent, Food was poor, almost as if it had been sitting out and was warmed up in a microwave , temperature of the building was very cold so it made it uncomfortable to sit down and eat.

The place was packed, the service was slow, a few mistakes were made, and food was mediocre. I think if I had gone when it wasn't so busy, I probably would have had a better experience.

This was my first time going to parkway since they reopened. I used to eat there all the time pre-pandemic. The food was delicious, the location is amazing, but the service was atrocious. I will not be returning.

The food was good but the hashbrowns a bit over cooked. Waitress was slammed, but she did her best with a smile. It's a pretty neat old school diner. Would come back.

My wife and I visited the Parkway diner this morning for breakfast. I have eaten at this diner a few other times over the past 20 to 30 years. I would make the following recommendations. If you want to charge 50+ dollars counting tip for breakfast it would be nice if the food was served hot or at least warm. The restaurant wasn't overly busy until about half an hour after we arrived. There was only one staff and she did the best she could from what we could see. The breakfast we ordered was basic. However, we asked for some things not to be included with our meal, but they were there anyways. I would probably go back to the parkway one more time if I'm in the area simply because I have had really good meals there before.

Chicken Fried steak without the 'gravy' is how it was served today ! Waitress took the order, cook cooked it and know thought to mention that the dinner was out of sausage gravy until the customer noticed it was missing in front of them ! Waitress did fess up that she did know that there wasn't any sausage, a bit to late! The other meal had 'rocks' instead of English muffins!Very disappointing to say the less, you can do better than this, but that will be with someone else!

This is a great little old school diner. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Good breakfast with their homemade sausage patties and homemade jam. Quick friendly service. The egg Benedict looked fantastic. I would definitely pop in here on my next Burlington visit.

Just not getting it right. Over Easy, uncooked whites, potatoes not fully cooked, toast dried out... Not sure what else to say. The staff was pleasant.

Staff wonderful, coffee wonderful but unfortunately the same could not be said for breakfast. The food sounded appetizing, so I chose the breakfast burrito bowl. It arrived and it was dried out old potatoes and some avocado, and the salsa mix was not enough to break through the greasy burnt stale flavors. Disappointing barely covers the experience!

I really can't complain about the greeting. The waitress had other things on her mind. She was busy pouring coffee hand to empty t filters. She did come over finally and take our order. We asked questions about what we were going to order. We place the order my friend does not eat pork. What she ordered came with a pork gravy. When we discuss this, then she said oh, we can't remake it for you. She took the other one away and the knife brought back a new one, which was much smaller than the origin. Al one that she got in the first place and didn't bother to bring back. The knife didn't bother to come back and fit refill. My coffee they did, however, take off $9 for the piece of meat and charged us $10 for 2 pancakes. And the price of the tea now I don't know about you but customer service is key. These days. Not everyone goes out to eat. And when we do, we expect to have some level of reasonable service? However, this person did not provide it. And I'm very disappointed. I have eaten at this restaurant before. However i've never been treated so poorly . You can't even use excuse that it was crazy. Busy like sometimes it is in that location but it wasn't. When we arrived, there were 4 people in there. And when we left there was maybe 8. It was not busy no excuse for poor service.
