The late-night menu is advertised to begin at 10 PM, yet when we called at 9:30 PM on a busy Saturday night, we were told only pizzas were available. This is misleading and frustrating. The posted information is not accurate, and unfortunately, it doesn’t reflect the needs of a busy harbour location where late-night dining options are expected. It also shows on google you are currently closed. Please consider updating your hours and menu details to reflect actual service and better support your patrons.“

“So glad we found this spot! Great selection of classic Eastern European styles, with a couple of hand selected special bottles that were very interesting. (There are other beer types as well. Orval FTW!) Owner is super knowledgeable and gets the vibe that we are looking for. Its a place to chat and chill, without the distraction of TVs and loud tunes.“

The atmosphere was fun and laid-back, the bar food was on point, and the drinks were exactly what we needed after not going out in over a year. The bartender was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. It was definitely worth the babysitter fees! We’ll absolutely be back.“

“My wife and I stumbled along going to different pubs in Chittenden county VT. and found an absolute GEM of a place in Essex Jct., VT. That joint is known as Park Place , Best wings ever, Best Chili ever and other amazing food , all at reasonable prices. An amazing staff, Chelsea, Mike, Gage, Heather ,Alyssa ,Jason . Travis It reminds me and my wife of the show “Cheers” All the patrons are extremely friendly. To us, it’s like part of our family.. If you want an absolutely great “eating out “experience, and somewhere you can be yourself, come to Park Place, Again, we’ve tried many over joints but this place, by far , is the best place ever…. “We were on town for work and found this place on Google maps. The food was very good and the portions were more than big enough. The garlic parm fries were so delicious. It's a shame that we love so far away because I would be in there all the time just for those. I have a feeling if I try to recreate that garlic sauce, I am going to be dissatisfied.“

The only thing is they a little bit controlling over the TV, and for some reason , had the same game on 3 different tvs, one in particular, the whole room could see and would not change one of them while we were watching football.

“it’s Saturday night, I’m enjoying a draft w a friend, all of a sudden the bartender runs outta the place at lightning speed. He zips through the patio and with the precision of a cat, parkours over the chain to confront some departing patrons climbing into a car. We wonder —whats going on? is he giving them back something left behind? No! these folks are thieves, and he is retrieving several glasses they stole! How did he notice? We may never know. These patrons hid these glasses skillfully, but this bartender was laser focused. I have never seen a bartender act with such urgency. he protected his place of employment from petty theft while simultaneously providing us entertainment. brilliant. thank you for making me laugh“

Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. The sliders are probably the best thing on their menu.“

My favorite burger to get here is the Vermonter. Apples, bacon, maple BBQ. Cheddar cheese.

Rodeo Burger is also very good.

Sundays are half priced burger days. You cannot beat that price for what you get. This is a regular spot for us.“

“We were a party of 6. High table near the bar. A Saturday night. We had a great time and were never rushed.
Our food was good and quick. Our drinks were the same.
I had fish tacos, which were great! 3 came in the order. I ordered onion rings with them because I was expecting less than I got. I didn't need the onion rings.
We got there @ 5:30 and stayed for 3 hours. Again, I never felt rushed to exit the joint. Our server even said we could spend the night if we wanted. Rare for a busy place on a Saturday night.
Parking was limited behind the building. But, as I typed, we got there early, so no trouble finding parking.
I would go back.“
