I come here almost every day during the week. Not only do I always feel welcome but the workers always go above and beyond for every customer. Lexie greets every customer when they walk in. Layton is always kind and friendly and when he is the lead on the floor, he does an excellent job supporting the others. Zoe always has a smile on her face and does her best to welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. Brenna is always willing to answer your questions about drinks and to get you what you need. Colin, with his friendly demeanor is easy to other a joke or smile to let you know you are welcome. I could truly go on and on about every single person who works here because it is like visiting long lost friends who know me by name and greet me with a smile and a wave. Kyler, who is the manager and Bri who is the assistant manager, have done an amazing job of making sure these employees not only feel good about themselves but give them the best example of how to be great, wonderful, and outstanding people.

Me and my two sister went there. My sister and I both ordered venti refreshers. She asked for no berries and they put berry seeds in her drink. And I asked for mine with water instead of lemonade and the lady put half water and half lemonade in it. And proceeded to only fill the cup a little over half. They need to fire the lady that made our drinks, i don’t know if she was new but she needs better training

Ordered a grande latte, and got this, which I'm 99% sure could be poured into a small sized cup. The quantity received is definitely not worth the $7. Thanks for stiffing us!

I love this Starbucks they are sooooooo nice. They know everything I want and how I want it. I like them way more than the other Starbucks around.

Out of the last eight times I ordered here, they made the wrong drink SEVEN times. They get a zero for paying attention to my orders. I order hot, I get iced ... pretty much every single time. I actively dislike the iced version of my preferred drink. To add insult to injury, when they put an order back in to be remade, you go to the end of the line, instead of being the next one to be made. On a busy day, that can mean a 15-20 minute wait. The last five times, I didn't have that kind of free time to wait, so I let them know not to bother, and left without any drink at all. They've now taken roughly $35 of my money, for which (due to limited time) I got nothing in return. No refunds, although I used the Starbucks app to place a mobile order in advance, so I think they might have been able to put the credit back on my Starbucks account.

I'd give a zero for Service, but the review system won't accept that.

You’ll be waiting a good 45 minutes for your coffee at this Starbucks. I made a complaint to the corporation against Shelburne Road and the market 31 on Shelburne Road. I will never go back to the shelburne Rd., Starbucks ever again at that location or the market 32 one

Very bad customer service, it takes a long time to process your order and they also don't give you what you order.

The last three times that I ordered a hot latte, they’ve made it iced. They are always very nice and will make me a hot latte. This only happens during the warmer season and I understand that most people switch to iced coffee. It’s just really unfortunate when I order ahead because I’m trying to be in and out or pay $7 for Uber eats and the wrong item is delivered.
