Ordered a grande latte, and got this, which I'm 99% sure could be poured into a small sized cup. The quantity received is definitely not worth the $7. Thanks for stiffing us!

Out of the last eight times I ordered here, they made the wrong drink SEVEN times. They get a zero for paying attention to my orders. I order hot, I get iced ... pretty much every single time. I actively dislike the iced version of my preferred drink. To add insult to injury, when they put an order back in to be remade, you go to the end of the line, instead of being the next one to be made. On a busy day, that can mean a 15-20 minute wait. The last five times, I didn't have that kind of free time to wait, so I let them know not to bother, and left without any drink at all. They've now taken roughly $35 of my money, for which (due to limited time) I got nothing in return. No refunds, although I used the Starbucks app to place a mobile order in advance, so I think they might have been able to put the credit back on my Starbucks account.

I'd give a zero for Service, but the review system won't accept that.

You’ll be waiting a good 45 minutes for your coffee at this Starbucks. I made a complaint to the corporation against Shelburne Road and the market 31 on Shelburne Road. I will never go back to the shelburne Rd., Starbucks ever again at that location or the market 32 one

The last three times that I ordered a hot latte, they’ve made it iced. They are always very nice and will make me a hot latte. This only happens during the warmer season and I understand that most people switch to iced coffee. It’s just really unfortunate when I order ahead because I’m trying to be in and out or pay $7 for Uber eats and the wrong item is delivered.

Good afternoon everyone,I would like to say something about the store and then service of the Supervisor which is name starting with letter B I’m not sure what’s the name but I know that’s the exactly that letter starting her name. I’m super disappointed on the service. I will explained a few sentence. I take the coffee cup, which is sitting on the shelf, where is sign 60% off and then I came on to pay that when was my turn and then ordering my coffee and then I can see that lady charge me full price of the cup and then she would like to charge me more money for my coffee. And then I said what are you charge me for? and then she explained to me she pressed the wrong button and then plus on the top she said to me if you would like to come in the store you have to change your attitude. This is ridiculous, and not acceptable at all for me . But I can see right now this reviews told me more than I have to know. Never again!

If you’re having your latte and staying in the cafe, ask for a mug! Always get my order correct. I always order in cafe with not a long wait. We all know starbucks cafe orders don’t pop out of the microwave, so Indeed, you do wait but not in the long lines that I’ve experienced. My husband says the chai latte tastes so much better here then in his travels.
