Cashiers are sweet . Don’t think the process is working takes 30 min! To get a bagel. If you order on the app make sure to call because they won’t start your order. I when back in after 20 min placing my order had to wait another 30.

Hello from Canada. I really liked your LOX. Atmosphere is just what you'd expect, I. E. Normal. Eco friendly packaging. Nice place to stop if you're traveling. The locals clearly like it.

This is one of the best places around here! The staff is very friendly and personable, the food is fresh and delicious. We highly recommend trying this bagel shop. It will not let you down.
Service is lacking, the organization is nonexistent, and the bagels are disappointing. My husband and I went in before the morning rush—there were maybe four other people already there, eating. We ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese. Somehow, within 10 minutes, the rush hit, and five people who ordered full-blown sandwiches got served before us. This has happened multiple times. Maybe consider hiring staff who are older than 16-18 and take the job seriously, or take a page out of *The Bagel Cafe* in the ONE and organize your ordering system better. And seriously, how are the bagels cold?!

Fast and friendly service. I've never seen a Buffalo Cheddar bagel on the menu, but it was delicious.
I think I'm onto something with my order: Buffalo cheddar bagel, scooped out and toasted, with garlic and herb cream cheese and lox.
The sharp saltiness of the lox cuts through the fatty cream cheese flavor and slight sweetness of the bagel. The garlic and herb add a pleasant aromatic element. The bagel could have been crispier, but I liked how thin it was.
