The arcade is not open half of the hours of this business. Everytime we go, the arcade is shut down. Sundays are off completely, which is when we went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They were open, so we expected the arcade to be too. What a let down.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly when the arcade isn't open.
My husband and I brought our kids to Zacharys today for lunch. My daughter wanted to go in the ball pit and when she started climbing in I noticed her knees were wet so I went and got her out and right when you first go into the entrance to the ball pit was a huge puddle of pee. Absolutely disgusting. I alerted the lady at the counter and she shut the playground down for the rest of the night. Hopefully they actually cleaned and sanitized it and didn't just wipe it dry with a rag.... We bring our kids to Zacharys pretty frequently because there's not much else to do with kids on a crappy day in Vermont but this place needs to be shut down for a weekend for a deep cleaning. The indoor playground looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. Dirt and dust in every crack, food and wrappers that need to be vacuumed up that has fallen past the netting. The balls in the ball pit are practically black because they are so dirty. The owners should be ashamed. Its starting to become a health hazard honestly. Its a shame because the food is decently priced and good but they really need to take better care of their building. It really wouldn't be hard to have all your employees stay late one night and clean the heck out of that place once in a while......

This visit was not worth my money. Took my child to the arcade section. The pizza came out with burnt crust with not enough toppings on it. 8 arcade games out of order.

A quick visit to the Burlington area today, my Granddaughter said she wanted pizza so we decided to try Zachary's Pizza . I saw it was a family adventure center which was an added bonus to eating pizza . The food was awesome , the adventure was a fun time . The business is just starting up again and will do well . I don't usually write anything negative in my reviews but the exterior could use a fresh coat of paint, the interior could use a little elbow grease with cleaning and sanitizing as well as maintenance on the machines. Too many out of order signs !

Do not order online for delivery they will take ur money and say that they never got ur order and play games and I told them that I get a text every time money comes off my card and put on my card and the money did come off my card it's a joke

Took Out Pizza it was very lousy it was just throwing together can not pick it up and everything fell off of it and no sauce on it very little

Food was ok but the vibe rubbed me the wrong way too ladies that worked there .one being a tall blonde and a tall brunette made fun of my disabled father also were laughing at me not to mention that it took almost 30 mins to get our food also not to mention that they gave me plain bread almost was like they didn't even any garlic at all to it . But I've had better experiences in the past just gave me a diff opinion after I saw the girls laughing at my dad def a disrespectful behavior in my opinion
