We came here for Thursday karaoke. Great space with arcade games, table top tennis, corn hole, spacious and had outdoor seats.
However they were playing a movie in the background of the karaoke stage that had graphic gendered violence. I understand the silent art film in the background concept, but the staff were not accommodating or friendly when a request was made to change/skip the movie. Disappointing because I loved the space and the potential there, we are locals and hadn’t been since it opened in 2022. We even liked the art film vibe, but if you’re going to be showing more out there stuff don’t be surprised if people have reactions 🤷
Edit: I’m very confused by the business’ response. We did not have an issue with masking, yelling, did not say night was ruined etc. I can only assume that other patrons also took issue with it and they’re confusing them with us? Pretty condescending response either way…

We brought our 12 and 14 yo boys here for dinner around 5p and had a great time! They boys loved the arcade games and shuffleboard. Very reasonably priced and GREAT service.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our experience. The food was great! Everything was fresh, the menu had a good mix of bar/pub foods, the bartender was friendly. We had house made chips, loaded nachos, garlic & parmesan fries, shrimp po' boy, Baja fish taco, chicken tenders, and a couple pulled pork/beef sandwiches. The outdoor patio was cute w some climbing vines and flowers to give it a little more character. I loved the chandeliers w their crystals, it was unexpected. I bought a Tshirt for my oldest son because I'll enjoy the reminder of our little visit. I cannot wait to go back when we return to Stowe next year.

Good bar. It was pretty empty on a Friday in February at 7pm. We enjoyed the cornhole and shuffleboard. Good beer selection, but the cocktail was mediocre.
When we arrived at Stowe, the hotel manager at the Grey Fox inn recommended us Alfie’s Wild Ride and said there would be live music that night. There sure was, DJ Aughey had us dancing like there was no tommorrow! I will most certainly hire DJ Aughey for my wedding

The wife and I had a chance to spend the weekend in Stowe and we fell on this gem. Excellent food. Great retro/90s atmosphere. The bar staff are all great, and the owner made us feel welcome. If you're in Stowe, make this place part of your plans

I feel the "$100 pre-authorization fee" Should be brought to all customers attention before swiping there card. I am on day 3 of fighting to get my money back. I had never been here and these people were absolutely unkind about it. And I will be disputing if this isn't resolved.
