My husband and I have been striving to find the right fried chicken that is gluten-free. A friend of ours told us how incredible the family style gluten-free fried chicken was from Cork and we just tried it for our first time.
We have tried multiple restaurants in town that offer their version of fried chicken, but this Tops them all!

It’s fine, but slow and expensive. Food was good and ambiance was good, so it’s not impossible to enjoy yourself here, but it took 40 mins to get my food so I’d suggest eating something light before you go.

Idk why I thought they might have local wine or something given it’s in the name but nope, no Vermont wine or anything on the menu as far as I could tell.

Anyways, keep an eye on the clock and be prepared to flag your waiter if...

Food was amazing. The bread with the ricotta whip with brown butter was so good. We shared the half chicken and still required a to go box. The wine was delicious and a nice selection of both domestic and international. Would definitely recommend.
