I had high hopes of enjoying this restaurant but unfortunately never got to experience the food. We were told we would have a 75 minute wait for dinner at 5 pm. We waited and watched our reservation online. When we should have been seated next, other people continued to be brought back. Now we’ve been waiting 2 hours. When I asked where we were at in line, it was going to be another 40 minutes!!! Not to mention the host and manager were flippant and showed zero understanding. I understand it is a busy holiday season but they should have been honest and transparent about the wait. A 3 hour wait is ridiculous and I would’ve never waited had I been told this up front. Do better.

We came twice on our short visit to Stowe. Service was friendly and attentive, the menu was extensive with lots of variety, and the food was uniformly delicious. (Loved the Vienna pizza!) We were also delighted by the variety and tastiness of gluten-free options. My daughter has celiac, and we were so appreciative of the care they take with making this a safe dining experience. She had such a good experience that she made me take her photo by the Piecasso sign and post this review!!

Personal who greeted me (if you want to call it that) was rude. When I asked if I could open my bag to make sure the fries were crispy she looked at me and shrugged. I had to actually rip the bag open only to find that the fries were limp, cold and greasy. I asked to have them replaced which they did but those weren’t much better. This is the third time I have not gotten what I asked for.

Great pizza. The crust is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese.

Great place for pizza. Super kid and family friendly - bt you can get away from them, too, and sit at the bar.

Food was very good here. Service was okay, 6/10, but the quality of the food made up for it. Didn’t have to wait to be seated and they have a to go kitchen separate from dining if you want something quick. Great food.

We love that this is one of the very few places in Stowe with dairy alternatives (good ones!) for vegans and dairy intolerant people! Thank you for this, we will definitely be back next time we are in town!

First, overall this place is great. A wide variety of gluten free, which is important for my family. The lasagna is outstanding. The ravioli is phenomenal, pizza is great, gluten free pizza is great (and not a thin cracker crust. Normally the calamari is amazing, but this week something went wrong. Our calamari was 1/4-1/3 burnt crumbs. I had mostly peppers and only a couple squid, the rest of the table was similar. With four of us trying to find the seafood, we made a significant dent in it and were told that clearly since we had eaten it, it must have been fine. No….there was still a big pile of crumbs and four people had gone spelunking for squid. But no matter, the rest of the food was phenomenal as always, the management’s questionable decisions were not the staffs’ fault, and we will simply not order the calamari there again (which is a shame, as I’ve made a dinner of that several times.) Overall, very worth the trip, especially for the gluten free folks (most of the menu is gf, or can be made gf!)

We loved this place so much that we ate here twice during our vacation. Awesome food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Lots of gluten-free options; my gluten-free pizza was the best I’ve ever had anywhere!

While touring Vermont, we decided to dine at Piecasso for dinner. What a great choice this was. For an appetizer we chose the Garlic Knots with Marinara Sauce. I had the Pasta Rovetto, my friends had Spaghetti & a Leonardo Pizza. Everything was delicious and prepared just right. I wish I had asked for extra Garlic in the Rovetto. Our server was Juan. He was very polite, professional & just a real gentleman. He made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our 5 star dining experience. Thank you Juan!

Nice vibe to the place. But the food is overhyped. Seemed like a basic pizza. I’ve eaten far better pizzas from pizza chains
