Listen ya'll...Warren's Kitchen is the only joint around for great Jamaican flair! Chef has done a wonderful job, fusing culinary delicacies to complement Alchemist's great beer! The menu has something for everyone/all ages. I'm glad chef convinced me to keep his bbq sauce on my burger! Take it from "Mr. Montgomery County"...these are genuinely good people serving great food.
Hand-pulled Heady Topper. Need I say anything more?
Finally, I made my pilgrimage to the Alchemist. Took forever to get there, but it's worth it.
The place is spectacular. Staff was kind. Actually taking the Heady Topper hand pulled is an experience in itself (only tap available).
Some selection of large cans to drink on site, which makes it difficult for those alone. The flagship are IPAs without a shadow of a doubt. The other styles leave something to be desired.
Huge parking lot. Food snacks only.
Not like a connoisseur or anything and I don’t even like IPAs but the Heady Topper was fire. It’s very smooth and the texture is good, somehow. Hand-pulled draft was so good; beautiful pour.
Lives up totaithe name. Very well polished operation. They give you samples of pushhl
brewd and you are naturally inclined to buy some 4-packs and merch.
impressive brewery and location, but only one beer on tap.
Very glad I decided to make a visit to Alchemist - although NEIPA's aren't my go-to, I highly enjoyed every style I sampled here.
Of course, the beer is definitely a highlight. The care and attention the staff give to their product is definitely noticeable, and shines through in the finished product. The heady topper is obviously a highlight - was so much more than I expected it to be. Fantastic.
I'll also mention the incredible interior - tough not to enjoy just being there. These guys put a ton of attention to detail in all aspects of their product and would highly recommend a visit.
The cathedral of beer, a true pilgrimage. Amazing beer, the heady topper draft is served on an engine. Fresh cans to go, a fourski for like $13. There is not much more I can say.
I was in town and figured why not cross another brewery off my list. They have a large patio and outdoor space, and when I was there, there was live music. Great spot to grab a drink, enjoy the views, and work or catch up with friends.

Come for the beer, stay for the beautiful VT views and the wonderfully friendly (and helpful!) staff.
excellent beer which are surprisingly gluten free and delicious. cool venue. lots of parking and disc golf putting on the green.
Beautiful place. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Delightful people. And hand a pulled Heady Topper could merit five stars all by itself. Was an experience I will never forget.
Lived up to its reputation! Great environment, and of course great IPAs! Loved the Crusher!!
Nice store and had food cart outside with excellent Jerk dishes
