Alchemist Brewery is worth the hype. While I did hear a lot about Heady Topper and while that was enjoyable, the better beer that they produce is the Focal Banger. It had a lot of flavor and a really legendary mouthfeel. The space and atmosphere was excellent and they have a Jamaican food truck outside that was also really good.
Many years ago I was exploring the world of craft beers. Many friends would tell me that Heady Topper from The Alchemist is a must try.
At some point a friend of my gave me a 4 pack to try and I was blown away. I wanted to visit this place and try more of their offering.
I decided to make the 4 hour drive to visit and was not disappointed! Beautiful building and amazing beers. I stocked up on some beer to take back home and should be good...

They added a Taproom since the last time I was here and it sealed the deal for me. They actually have Heady on tap breaking the Drink From The Can rule and it do not disappoint. Travel there for sure but DO NOT pass it up if you are in the area.
