Cool spot but got mocha latte and one of there redbull drinks the Total was 19$ which is fine but the coffee was absolutely gross and tasted like straight plain milk very disappointing

I thought it was the best because l had the most beautiful and most wonderful hot chocolate in the whole world and I got it from here.
Get the Cranberry Refresher with the Red Bull, it was so delightful and the reason for my overall 5 stars. I left the shop and people literally stopped me to ask where I got it, it no only looks good but tastes good too. The shop is a little pricey, during my week long trip the Chai Lattes purchased here were the most costly, but they were very good. They offer different milk options such as oat and almond. I didn't have to wait long for any of my orders. Although fast, the one Cashier who waited on me twice was very snooty, so only four stars for service. It's not really set up to encourage people to sit and linger - hence the lower stars on atmosphere.

Waited in a long line for hot chocolate for my kids. Once I could order, the twenty something at the register said the hot chocolate machine is broken but I should get my kids a mocha coffee something. Yeah, not for a 12, 10, and 8 year old. You are the hot chocolate machine dear-warm up some milk and add some coco powder. Sums up the whole mountain experience. All young kids depending on machines and not trying to do any actual work. Avoid this place!

The girls are very friendly and always smiling. Coffee is great. Fun atmosphere. As a restaurant owner ourselves we just think the staff needs a little management supervision. As soon as the last customer is served they immediately go to the back and disappear. During our visits we saw new customers standing at the register waiting to be served. A bell for service would have worked.
Counters need wiping. Window sills haven’t been cleaned in a while and had old bacon and dead flies. We ended up wiping it ourselves with paper napkins.
