Overpriced, mediocre coffee. We had it every morning during our 5 day stay, so it wasn't just an off day. The Americano was watered down, even with 1/2 water, and had no flavor, texture, or acidity. The mocha barely had any chocolate flavor and was incredibly bitter - had to add sugar, which I've never had to do anywhere else. Also, at these prices is it really acceptable to be using Monin syrups rather than making your own or going with some kind of higher end, natural product? Disappointing.2 stars instead of 1 because the breakfast sandwiches and pastries (which they no doubt source elsewhere!) were good.

Nice cozy cafe located in the Stowe Mountain resort ( Spruce Peak village) serving delicious coffee and bakery items! We tried the seasonal vanilla and strawberry latte and it was amazing. Outdoor sitting as well for beautiful views if the weather permits. Overall worth the visit!!

Update: in desperation, I went back on a different day with a different barista and specified "no foam". She did it! The average of the two reviews is 3 stars, so that's what it is now.Ridiculous. A $10 chai that was half foam, and a surly attitude when I requested more milk. They poured some in, didn't fill it, and *dumped the rest out*.

I was so thankful to have The Beanery open early during our stay at the Lodge at Spruce Peak! It's conveniently located right outside the back of the property. They are a quick stop for coffee, breakfast, and snacks to go! They have a very small seating area available. I really appreciated their friendly service early in the morning!

Overpriced, day old breakfast sandwiches. Egg and cheese was soggy and tasteless. For $10 I would expect something a little better.

The Pantry & Beanery won't give you a cup of drinking water with your order. I have asked for this on two occasions. The responses: "We don't give out water because we sell bottled water," and "It takes too much time for our barristas to hand out water."I don't want to buy a two- or four-cup bottle of water. I am not going to drink that much. And I'm not going to stuff a bottle of water into my jacket to ski with for the day.Free drinking water is available in every other restaurant at Spruce Peak and Stowe Mountain Resort (all these restaurants also sell bottled water). There are water fountains, or pitchers and urns, or staff members will give you water on request. Why is water so special at the Pantry & Beanery?Hyatt (the operator of the Pantry & Beanery and Spruce Peak) proclaims that they are reducing single use plastics by offering hydration stations to guests. Talk is cheap, 'cause that's not happening at the Pantry & Beanery!

There are definitely better coffee options on the same road. Pastries are fine though
Stood in rain because they didn't open when they were supposed too! We're not ready at opening. Cashier no people skills and they don't take CASH! SO I WALKED OUT ?
