Don't let things fool you. I know ow of someone who works there and others who have eaten there and all say that this place should be shut down. Their establishment fails OSHA and Health Department requirements, the owner has NO idea what he's doing and has employed a child molester! Stowe is a wonderful, small town and this place will pull them under. Please... do not take your family there, especially if you have young children.

Stowe Skinny Pancake, makes the cosmopolitan culinary experience local and delicious. The music is soothing and adds charm to the atmosphere; the cool interior and the lovely, breezy porch for outside dining.

you have to order on your phone and pay and leave a tip before you even see a person. Took over an hour for our food. One order was wrong because they ran out of something and didn't tell us. Told us it takes so long because Door Dash overs take preference over people dining in house. Burgers tasted like they got them at Burger King.
